Loved this hotel. Just perfect service from the first moment and super clean. Lovely touches such as breakfast snacks provided in the room, and sweets as a thank you on departure. Couldn’t have been better

Ein neueres Appartement ohne Küche und mit kostenpflichtigen Parkplätzen (10 Euro). Für spanische Verhältnisse vermutlich eine feine Gegend. Leider ist in der Nachbarschaft nichts los und schöne Blicke gab es auch nicht. Mir war das Ganze zu teuer, wenn ich den notwendigen Parkplatz einrechne. Es war bei wenigen Gästen ruhig. Ein Mikrowellenherd wäre hier sicher sinnvoll, damit man eine Kleinigkeit zubereiten kann.

We booked a so-called ‘Superior Room with Terrace’. According to the hotel website, this was an 18 m² room with a queen-size bed. The sample pictures showed a wardrobe, a desk and an en-suite bathroom. Upon arrival, we were given a 14 m² room (plus a small balcony) with an open bathroom, no desk, no wardrobe and a 1.40 m bed. If this is supposed to be ‘superior’ and ‘queen size’, I would like to see what the lower standard is... 1.20m bed and a portable toilet in the shower? It is clear that we were simply given a cheaper room. This is also evident from the sample pictures of the cheapest category, ‘Classic Room’. These correspond exactly (!) to the standard of the room we were given. After the first night, we complained. The management played dumb and insisted that we had a room in the category we had booked. At first, they even said that the ‘Superior Room’ category did not exist. We asked to either be given a room that corresponded to the category we had booked and paid for, or to be allowed to leave with a refund for the second night. This was refused. Instead, we were actually given an 18 square metre room with a queen-size bed. A Superior Room at last! In other words, the room category that supposedly didn't even exist in the morning when we first complained... Now it appeared like Sirius Black's house in the Harry Potter novel. Magic! This time, however, without a terrace. So we were once again fobbed off with a room below the standard we had booked and paid for. In addition, we were offered a total refund of 40 euros, which, firstly, did not correspond to the price difference between the room categories at all and, secondly, was of course not paid to us in the end ... The hotel itself has pros and cons. The location is okay, and the building is in good condition. But the management is simply dishonest. We therefore strongly advise against booking this hotel. If you do, only take the cheapest category. Then at least you won't be overcharged. We have filed an official complaint against the hotel with the Spanish tourism authority. Anyone who has had a similar experience here is encouraged to do the same. This is the only way to put a stop to such practices.

Pedí una habitación en planta alta y me dieron un sótano que ni tenía balcón ni vistas a ninguna bahía, el sótano con olor a humedad y para ventilar tenías que abrir la ventana. No pude dejar el coche dos noches en el parking, tan solo me permitieron una.

Brilliant little hotel in a great location with very welcoming staff. Lovely room with welcome air conditioning, lovely shower and super comfortable bed. About a 20 minute walk to the various beaches with plenty of bars and restaurants about a 5 minute walk away. Parking for 6 vehicles so need to pre book if parking essential, but on street parking not too far away. Nice little private pool and outside shower with comfy loungers to the rear of the hotel if you fancy a chilled out day.

45 mn de check in. Un sola persona para todo, desbordado. Parking muy pequeño. Habitación minúscula no se podía ni abrir la maleta. A las 22 horas la recepción cierra, no queda nadie hasta las 9 del día siguiente. Pero lo peor el olor a alcantarillado en la habitación, olor a mie...... cuando tiras de la cisterna sube todo! Solo una cortina gris oscura, de día la tienes que cerrar porque hay casas enfrente pero te quedas a oscuras. Por favor, poned aunque sea un visillo! Limpieza dudosa del baño. Sábanas y toallas desgastadas. Caro! Un horror!
