Todo iba bien, hasta que nos dijeron en el front desk Que el desayuno no estaba incluido, cuando en mi reserva aparece como incluido. Lo único que nos dijeron es que fue un problema con el intermediario entre C-Trip y el hotel, y que si quería el desayuno, habría que pagar. Lección aprendida double-check things

The staff was rude and not helpful at all. The restaurant team seemed poorly trained and focused more on their internal operations than on customer service. For example, instead of allowing us to order early breakfast through their advertised 24-hour room service, they required us to place the order the night before and store it in our minibar—which, by the way, wasn’t working. We ordered hard-boiled eggs for a child, and both came undercooked, which was unsafe. The front desk staff, especially during the night shift, showed a complete lack of care for guests. The food was good but overpriced, and the service times and procedures were inefficient. On a positive note, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

房間很大，設施齊全，早餐也不錯 重點：去機場有班車，提前whatsapp聯繫。適合轉機！尤其去復活節島，可以寄存行李… 但是聖地亞哥真的亂，注意財務安全。

We stayed at La Quinta for 1 night on our transit to Buenos Aires. This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel since we had a great experience at our 1st visit. The hotel is located about 7 mins drive to Santiago International Airport. There is a free airport shuttle to/ from the airport hotel and you must contact the hotel via their WhatsApp no +56958109482 at least 48 hours before your arrival at the airport. The hotel room is spacious, clean, and has good sound proofing despite being close to freeway. The shower was very nice and the bed was comfortable. There is a small swimming pool, sauna and gym on the ground floor of the hotel. We had our dinner at the only restaurant in the hotel since the hotel location is far from the Santiago town. We ordered a club sandwich and soup of the day to share. The sandwich was nice but the pumpkin soup was a bit cold.

Good location and great airport pickup/drop off service

Sehr guter Shuttle Service vom Flughafen zum Hotel und umgekehrt. Kurze Strecke zum Flughafen. Sehr freundliches Personal und hilfsbereit. Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt. Leider war das Schwimmbad wegen Sanierungsarbeiten geschlossen. Man wurde davor aber nicht darüber informiert.

Free shuttle bus to airport which is 20 mins away. Just book departure time 1 day before. Room is spacious. Gym and pool are good.
