The house has air conditioning on both floors, a large eat-in kitchen, combination living room and dining area, along with multiple covered patios on both levels. The home has a private walled-in courtyard behind the house with 2 outdoor showers and separate toilet room. At the rear of the courtyard is a private casita that has a queen bed and bathroom with shower, and this unit is also air conditioned. The beach access is directly across from the house, and the Rincon del Faro restaurant is only 200 yards away. Three other restaurants are available at the public beach area.
