We stayed in this beautiful hotel from the 25th of August till the first of September what a great location the beach is right outside your door free sun beds beautiful restaurant with great food the staff in the hotel were so nice and friendly it was spotlessly clean rooms cleaned and towels changed every day beautiful pools mini bar at the pool breakfast had a variety of everything good choice of cold meats cheeses pastry’s cereals the hotel is situated very close to the bus stop about ten minute walk where you can get the local buses for 2 euro which will take you to Fira and Oia which are a must see would have no hesitation in coming back to stay in this beautiful hotel again there’s loads of bars and restaurants around the beach area also would highly recommend a stay here for anyone coming to Santorini I will definitely come back for another stay

This hotel has it all—pools, a beach bar, a relaxing spa, and spacious rooms. We were impressed by how quiet it was even though it's in the middle of everything. The on-site restaurant served some amazing Greek dishes, and the cocktails by the pool were a nice touch. Whether you're here to relax or explore, it’s a great base in Santorini.

Si tratta di un piccolo albergo a gestione familiare in posizione fantastica sulla spiaggia di Kamares, Il borgo di Kamares per me rimane il miglio posto dove soggiornare in tutta l’isola per semplicità di accesso a tutto e per posizione equidistante da tutti gli altri posti da visitare. L’arredamento è semplice ed i proprietari sono sempre disponibili. Migliorabile la colazione con ottimi prodotti ma poca disponibilità. Suggerito

Good, pleasant stay overall, but there were several small disappointments. The positives first. Friendly, helpful staff, always. Helpful policies: we arrived early in the morning, were able to put our luggage in the storage room and head down to the beach; entered the room early. Clean environment, clean room. Excellent location, relatively quiet surroundings, but still lively. Very close to the beach. Restaurants and bars nearby. Private beach, beautiful, clean, as well as easy to approach and swim. Shower with hot water on the beach. Good breakfast, with variety and good quality. Ample opening times. Swimming pools - I prefer the sea, but they are there, if you like. Each room had its own WiFi network. Now the disappointments, nothing serious, but too many. The bathroom was basic and was lacking a shelf in the shower. Skimpy refill policy with small packages for shower gel. We ended up using our own. There were several listings on the stay for long site; we picked a more expensive one, because it said king size bed. We actually got two single beds, without notice. No clothes line on the balcony. On three days the sunbeds on the beach were all taken. Obviously the hotel can’t provide as many sunbeds as the number of guests, but it still was a disappointment, especially since the beach was a major criterion. The WiFi was very slow.

Camera da letto con materasso scomodo, camere non pulita, colazione dolce orribile, per quanto riguarda il salato, buono. Molto aromi nel cibo coprono i sapori ma porzioni abbondanti.

I rang love holidays for a quote for 3 guest I had been quoted large room sleeps 3 with pool view and balcony. my booking form said Promotion room and didn’t mention the room type or view etc? I questioned this and was told they didn’t know and needed to call the hotel as the hotel allocate the room’s? Never received a call back . I rang again several days later to be told it was a double room with a roll up bed and no view ?. I asked to change it as not what I had requested. I was told I would need to ring the hotel to change it. After so many messages and chats in line I still got nowhere 😩 I explained my contract was with them Love Holidays. I asked Love holidays to make sure they arrange a proper bed and also asked to change the room as quoted. Love holidays did even contact the hotel as when I rang the hotel I asked.and told no emails had been received. I requested another room and I got told fully booked. I requested a proper 3rd bed as a roll up bed isn’t acceptable. On arriving at the hotel very late we got shown a small old style room with a roll up bed . We refused it and I explained I asked for a proper bed reason being 3 mature ladies with bad backs and we had never would of booked a room without a balcony or a proper bed. We then got show another old style room (funny only room they had left)which was bigger with a double bed off the living area and a sofa which would be a third bed. The room wasn’t nice as big gap under the door ,dirty sofa ,the bedside table you would fall out of bed to get you phone/drink. The night staff was on and no one else to help so reluctantly we accepted the larger room for one night and decided as they couldn’t accommodate us we would check out in the morning. We got charge an extra 20 euros as larger room ?.The porter said best room the hotel had 😩. The night porter came to the room pasted midnight to make the sofa into a bed. It was crazy as on the Webb site we only saw the nice rooms not the old room we had. The mattress was so thin with dirty stains on, My friend slept in her clothes on too and in the morning said how bad her back was. We went to breakfast and on route saw some cleaners who we had just opened a door to a room which look completely different from the old rooms we had been shown. Nice ,clean and with a third bed. We went back to reception who was now the day staff who were more helpful and agreed to show us some other rooms available. We said how come on the Webb site the rooms all look nice but what we had been shown was old and dirty . The staff on reception had said Live holidays do this a lot miss lead customers. The nice rooms were to the left of reception . We had stayed on the right of reception which we are old rooms . it seems Love holidays put you in according to the receptionist. The room wasn’t nice so much better . We had to pay extra 80 euros for the 4 new nights as to move hotels we would need to pay taxi etc. We had already paid over 850.00 for 4 nights
