Situated in peaceful Akrotiri, in the south of Santorini, away from the touristic Oia and Fira, up North, we spent a truly relaxing and idyllic four days here. We arrived late at night and what a wonderful experience to open the sitting room door to be greeted with the most spectacular view over the caldera. Vicky and her team took excellent care of us, delivering fresh breakfast to our suite every morning, booking our car rental locally and planning a catamaran trip. Bookings and suggestions for lunches and dinners at local restaurants, all proved to be fantastic experiences. We highly recommend Neptune Luxury Suites for a break from it all and total relaxation.

Hôtel de 5 suites spacieuses et de grands conforts. 3 avec piscines privées et 2 avec Jacuzzi. Petits déjeuners copieux et variés servis dans votre chambre à l'heure demandée. Une vue sur la Caldeira époustouflante. Et Vicky, la responsable du site, est au top, toujours de bons conseils pour les restaurants et excursions à faire sur Santorin. Bref, nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable ! Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

We, a family of 3, 2 adults and a child, stayed at Neptune Luxury Suites for 5 nights from the 21st October until the 26th October 2024. It cost us 36 euros in a taxi each way to and from the airport which was kindly arranged by Vicky at Neptune Suites. We booked directly through the hotel’s website after speaking with Vicky on the phone. Booking directly saved a lot of money ! The 3 of us had the most wonderful time and didn’t want to come home! The suite we stayed in, number 4, was gorgeous with beautiful views of The Caldera, Fira & Oia and for a fraction of the price of the above mentioned resorts. Our 5 year old daughter loved the heated plunge pool! We hired a car for 40 euros per day (also organised by Vicky) and explored the whole Island. The suites aren’t too far away from anywhere, the island is quite small. Our room was cleaned daily and breakfast was brought to us every morning at our chosen time between 8am and 10am. Breakfast included Greek Yoghurt, granola, honey, bread, jams, chocolate spread, fruits, ham, cheese, pastry, crepes, pancakes eggs and orange juice. Our room came complete with bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, a hair dryer, iron & coffee machine. I was worried that the island wouldn’t have an atmosphere at the end of the season but needn’t have worried. Although some restaurants and activities were closed, there was plenty open and still many many tourists in the popular tourist areas. I’d dread to think how busy it is in peak season! I have to give a special mention to the staff at Neptune suites, especially Vicky. Vicky was so kind and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble, she organised everything for us including restaurant reservations, car hire and airport transfers. She paid so much attention to my 5 year old daughter who absolutely adored her. On the day that we departed, Vicky bought a gift for my daughter and coloured a picture of a mermaid for her. This was such a lovely touch and made me very emotional. Vicky, you made our holiday extra special and we cannot thank you enough. You are worth your weight in gold and are a credit to Neptune Luxury Suites.

My husband and I have been staying at Neptune in Akrotiri for the past week and I had to review before we leave - the team here are incredible. The rooms are gorgeous (exactly as seen in photos), the view of the caldera and the pool are just gorgeous - I could sit out there for weeks and stare at the view! But the team are really what make the difference - Vicky and Georgia are both so professional but easy to talk to, it feels like staying with a couple of fairy godmothers that just want you to have the best time! My husband and I like a very slow paced holiday so we didn’t go on many excursions or anything like that, but anything we did try was exactly what we wanted - and that’s fully due to the team’s knowledge and recommendations. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The best family holiday. Vicky and Georgia made us feel so incredibly welcomed…like family. Vicky arranged so many wonderful experiences for us that were excellent. The suite was incredible…views, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, location, peaceful, calm and a short walk to places to eat and see. We highly recommend a stay here and we will be back for sure. The communication from booking to end of the stay is very clear and quick. Vicky greeted us with a warm welcome. Our room is clean and details of items included in the room is very well thought off. We stayed for 2 nights and had a very good sleep. The breakfast spread is very good and the heated pool was at the right temperature. I hope to recommend this place to friends and family. The only negative thing to stay about this place is I wished I had allocated more stay days to stay here. Thank you Neptune for a great stay. Chris
