The hotel is very good. The room can see the sea view.The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. She will help call a taxi, bargain for the car by the way, provide luggage handling service, and staff will help carry luggage from the arrival point to the room. We had a pleasant two days.my mom and dad like it.

location一流，房間也夠大，配的浴室用品是walton brown正好是我喜歡的。 從酒店徒步imerovigli非常便利。旁邊走幾步就是購物市場有各種餐廳。 夕陽一流在陽台上就可以看。清晨日出時隔壁教堂的鐘聲伴着天空漸漸明亮，太陽的升起是絕妙的感受。

房間非常漂亮，位置超好，去local bus站步行衹有5分鐘，前台人員非常友善

A truly amazing hotel and destination. Quiet, relaxing, leave your cares behind, then this is the place for you. The most warm and welcoming Nancy and Chrysoulis made our stay absolutely wonderful. Will certainly visit again, cannot recommend it enough!

Our stay is really the five-star experience all around. If you choose to stay in Fira on Santorini, this hotel is at the best location. Right on top of the cliff, the hotel has the best view of caldera and island. There is no need to book any sunset restaurants in Fira. They cannot beat the view of from your hotel room! The room is spacious and comfortable. Sofa bed in the loft offers better privacy if you have older child. Great shower, excellent A/C, and very comfortable bed. The staff and the service were really top notch. The staff members were so nice. Nancy and Chrisoula were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us great advice about island and helped us arranged transportation and tours. They were just happy to help. No pressure whatsoever to book anything through them. Welcome bottle of chilled white wine and goodbye drinks on the night before departure were nice touches. Breakfast delivered to balcony daily was included. Such a nice experience to start the day with breakfast on balcony with blue sky and great view, and to end the day with chilled bottle of wine on balcony watching the famous Santorini sunset! I recommend booking airport/ferry transportation with hotel. Hotel is a short walk from where the car can reach. The driver would call hotel and the staff would be waiting for you to help take your luggage from car to hotel room. I would definitely return and stay here again if I visit Santorini again!

Just two nights here but great memories made. Fantastic location built into the caldera with incredible views of the Santorini island group and the cruise ships. Quirky, cave like room and beautiful breakfast brought to your balcony each morning. Great advice from Chrisoula & Nancy regarding local tours; restaurants etc. And a couple of complimentary treats thrown in as well! Wonderful hotel

The most beautiful hotel in the most beautiful place on earth. The staff is wonderful. Everything was above expectations… location, sunset view, comfortable and modern room, breakfast on the balcony, cafe. Thank you.

The staff treated us like family. Such a warm welcome after the journey. Sat us down, surprised us with some refreshing lemonade after the journey, gave us a lay of the land with map and highlights based on our desires, and walked us to our room. Who does that? Enigma does! Rooms are spacious, comfortable bedding, excellent AC, perfect views of caldera, tasty breakfast delivered to our patio each morning, incredible showers, and attentive, hardworking housekeeping staff.

Fantastic boutique hotel overlooking the sea with live action all around including bars and restaurants. Extremely friendly and helpful staff with great recommendations for local sightseeing, restaurants, shopping and more. Highly recommend.

I wanted to share my experience at one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at!! The location is fantastic, and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. They arranged everything for us, including airport pickup and a tour guide. They even recommended an amazing restaurant! A big thanks to Nancy and the entire team!!!

Free welcome and goodbye drinks are always a great place to start. Then any time we had questions they were always answered well, and sometimes even with info we hadn't considered. Friendly staff and beautiful views (from room 2 at least, but no pool here). Has room service and a nice on-site restaurant, but we never really used these items as we were so close to the top. Even as close to the entrance/top as we were, there are a lot of stairs here (and really anywhere on the cliff side), so be sure you can do several flights no matter where you stay.

Everything about this stay was wonderful! The aesthetic is thought out and impeccable, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t be better. I’d come back to Santorini just to enjoy the view of the caldera from Enigma.
