We booked three rooms for two nights at Luxus VIP Suites back in October 2024. We have been looking forward to our visit for 8 months. We were supposed to travel from Mykonos to Santorini today to begin our stay at Luxus VIP Suites this afternoon. The hotel charged us the full amount of our stay last week (over $4,000). Today, we awoke to an email canceling all ferries from Mykonos to Santorini. There are 35 mile per hour winds, with gusts of 50 miles per hour, and no ferries are operating today. We tried to switch from ferry to flights, but there is nothing available. The forecast for tomorrow looks the same as today’s. There is NO possible way for us to get to Santorini. Luxus VIP Suites is unwilling to provide us with even a partial refund, despite there being ZERO means of getting there. Literally no form of transportation to Santorini is available to us or anyone. Perhaps they expect us to swim. It’s beyond disappointing that we will not be able to experience the beauty of Santorini during our vacation, and Luxus VIP Suites keeping the full $4,000+ for providing no services or accommodations only adds to our frustration. We recognize that Luxus VIP Suites can’t control the weather, but neither can we. Their inability to work with us or split the difference is poor customer service. All travelers should be aware of the unreasonableness of this hotel. Unless you can control the weather, be forewarned and do not book here.

Awesome view from our cave room at Luxus VIP Suites in Oia. They only have a few rooms but you can’t get any closer to the blue domes. (No waiting in crazy lines to take your photos.) Great concierge service. You will be met at the parking lot by someone who will provide their WhatsApp number for anything you need. They had great restaurant recommendations, brought your bags to and from the room (seems like not a big deal until you try the stairs in Santorini), and you will order breakfast each evening to be delivered to your room the next morning. A great stay, and highly recommended.

Great place, location, service and host. Elena was very friendly, helpful and attentive to every details. We highly recommend this place.

Pleasantly surprised that the picture on TripAdvisor was the actual view from our balcony. Anastasia was amazing - coordinated our entire trip for us (recommended restaurants, airport transfers and local tours - all were excellent). The room was perfect, spacious, had very comfortable bed and included fresh fruit. The hot tubs were definitely worth the extra $'s!

Best Cave Stay Ever! Everything and everything was amazing! Anastasia the host was so nice and friendly!! She made sure that we were taken care of! She arranged our dinner reservations, transports and many more things and gave us some amazing recommendations as well ! Was amazing to wake up to breakfast every morning and was lovely to see the cleaner as she was so nice and helpful! Made the rooms spotless honestly. Was always stocked with wine and grapes and water which was amazing to have after a hot day…the luggage carrier (savvas) was also amazing throughout this whole stay from maintenance to any other needs we had. Anastasia also helped us arrange a rental car for a good price which was really good. I was also really sick for a few days and honestly she was amazing, she gave me medication from the pharmacy and made me feel 1000% better which i thank her so much for!!! She also provided me a map for the island with recommended places to go to. I still have alot to say but overall this has been an outstanding cave stay with the jacuzzi!!! And if im ever back in santorini…I will be back again to this same place!!! Hope who ever books this place you will enjoy it as much as i did! Thank you so much for everything!!!
