Amara Suites Santorini

Amara-Suites ist eine sensationelle Unterkunft in Kamari, Santorin. Diese ist unweit des Strandes gelegen. Sie verfügt über einen wunderbaren, großen Pool und einem Whirlpool am Balkon der Zimmer. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Das Allerbeste jedoch ist die Freundlichkeit und die familiäre Atmosphäre. Dimitri, der Besitzer dieses wunderschön angelegten Hotels, ist ein ausgesprochen hilfreicher und freundlicher Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich beinahe als Teil einer kleinen Reisefamilie. Absolute Empfehlung!

Amazing hotel 5 minutes from beautiful Kamari Beach. Has gorgeous rooms with jacuzzi’s on the balcony and a lovely hotel swimming pool downstairs. Dimitri is is the lovely owner who was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier in vollen Zügen genossen. Die wunderschöne Suite mit Jacuzzi ließ keine Wünsche offen und die gesamte Anlage dieses Hotels ist perfekt zum Entspannen und Seele baumeln lassen. Das sehr familiäre und persönliche Ambiente wird von Dimitri und seiner ganzen Familie geprägt, die immer zuvorkommend und freundlich darauf bedacht sind, den Aufenthalt so schön und angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Dimitris (and his family) are so friendly and family orientated who couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best. Our room was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed for our week here. The breakfasts were varied and had everything you can imagine. The pool area was kept clean and made it very enjoyable to stay here. Keep up the good work - you deserve the good reviews you receive 😎 Mel & Geoff

We visited as a group of 9 friends back in June 2025. Wow! Is all I can say! From booking to leaving, everything was perfect! Any questions I sent via booking dot com were answered quickly and helpfully, whether it be about the rooms or the transfer from the airport. On arrival to Santorini, I was met with not one but TWO cars to take us to the hotel and some lovely champagne arranged by my husband and the owner Dimi (more on him later). Upon arriving at the hotel, we were told to get ourselves settled in our rooms and then if we were hungry to come and order food. It was really late by this point but Dimi & his family said they would wait for us. The rooms themselves are gorgeous! Just as pictured. The added hot tub on each balcony makes you really feel like a VIP. This is a family run business and each member of the family is there to help and amaze you at any time of the day, including: - The best breakfasts I have ever had! Something different every morning but always delicious! - Beautiful cocktails and drinks served at the bar by Dimi & his son (really reasonably priced too compared to a lot of Santorini, and they use high quality alcohol). - Amazingly clean rooms every day! - A personal transfer (for a good price) by Dimis brother or brother in law (sorry I’ve forgot!) anywhere we needed to go and picked us up too! - Dimi is made for hosting … and what a wonderful job he does of it. He kept us laughing every minute and nearly killed us off with his homemade Raki! The pool is beautiful! The hotel is small but has a great atmosphere & there is no fighting for sun beds or tables! We had lots of activities booked elsewhere but spent as much time as we could around the bar and the pool once we realised just how amazing that was in itself. All 9 of us agreed we would visit again, either with each-other or with our partners. Some of us are already looking at flights for September because we just can’t forget our perfect Santorini holiday. Thank you to Dimi & his family.
