"AMAZING STAY!! Amazing hospitality and service! Location was near a restaurant which was open and about 15mins walk down to Fira. Room was spacious and located near a trekking route. Good for morning walks. Balcony had a great view of the caldera. Went in January, which is their coldest month. Most of the shops were close. But prices of the stay were cheaper than summer. Hotel could arrange car rental for us and it was reasonably priced. Very easy to rent. Enjoyed our stay a lot."

"The hotel is in a great location, facing the volcano and not far from the town center. The church is nearby and you can often hear the melodious church bells. The room is not small and well-equipped. The breakfast was delivered to the balcony of the room at a scheduled time, which was exquisite and rich. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk when we checked in, and it took a while for someone to come after calling. However, when we went there, it was the off-season, the whole island was in a semi-dormant state, and there were few tourists, so it was understandable. We had to go to the airport very early on the day we left the hotel, and the store also sent us a packed breakfast, which was very considerate."

"The room was clean and tidy. The guy who received us was very helpful. The mountain road was difficult to walk on. He carried our luggage up and down and was enthusiastic and patient. The key point is that the view from the room is particularly good. It is right next to the blue-domed church, which makes people queuing to take pictures very envious. However, although there are many people, it is quiet in the bustling city, and it is also very safe. The public security is very good. It is highly recommended👍"

"I had an amazing stay in Aura Suites Love it so much. The receptionist, Denise, if im not wrong, was a very sweet lady who shared tips and a map for me to explore Santorini. The suite I booked had an amazing sea view and a jacuzzi outside. The room was so clean, like a new place. I didn't feel like leaving the room and Santorini. Missing it so much."

"We have booked One Bedroom Villa with Caldera View and Shared Pool. The view is great facing the sea, location is very good. The issue is with the shared pool. The day we arrived, the neighbour brought 6 people in to the small pool, it’s a small private pool, they just drink, talk, and laugh there, quite noisy for quite the long afternoon! The room is bit wet, I guess it’s because it can’t get the sun in. The staff is kind of friendly, but just about it. The driver took us to the port is nice, got us on time there."

"The suite no. 23 was a good room with sufficient space with nice furnishings to have a relaxing stay. The breakfast was good. Services provided by staff was prompt and friendly. The cocktails and food in the hotel restaurant was real good. The only challenge is noise from the heated pool upstairs. On the whole, the stay was good.."

"My husband and I enjoyed an excellent 4 night stay in Santorini at Panorama Suites April 24-28th. The hotel location in Fira is right on pedestrian street and close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff provided outstanding service. Full cook to order breakfast was very good with cappuccinos. They provided assistance with luggage to your room and the best part was the amazing caldera views from our room balcony! Rooms are very clean and modern with spa shower that's amazing. For those needing mobility information, the hotel Suites are down on the caldera, and they have two elevators down to the suites and then flight of stairs. It's a bit of walking to your suite but worth the amazing view. Really enjoyed our stay at Panorama Suites!"

"The location is about a 15-minute walk from Oia Castle, where the sunsets are most beautiful, but it's along the main street so there are plenty of shops and I was happy with it. The view from my room was great, with both the building and the sea visible at the same time. The interior was also nice and clean."

"The hotel has only six rooms. It is quiet, clean and full of petty bourgeoisie atmosphere. It is completely up to the domestic five-star standard. Every detail is very exquisite, including breakfast. The butler is an elegant gentleman who will answer any questions and help you arrange your itinerary in Santorini. The room has an outdoor hot water massage bath. Buy a bottle of red wine and take super photos. It is a few minutes' walk from the Fira bus terminal. It is very convenient to take a bus to Oia town for 2 euros. I will recommend it to all my friends."
