Atlantis Sanya – 3 Nights of Pure Luxury and Unforgettable Experiences Our 3-night stay at Atlantis Sanya was truly exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Zakari, our butler, made our trip seamless and enjoyable. He provided clear information about the resort, helped us use various hotel facilities efficiently, and responded kindly and promptly whenever we asked for assistance. His professional support really elevated our experience. We enjoyed several amazing experiences during our stay: Beluga Encounter – A magical and emotional moment with such graceful animals. The staff were professional and ensured both safety and education. C-Show – A world-class performance combining music, water, and acrobatics. It’s definitely a must-see inside the resort. Aquarium (The Lost Chambers) – Stunning underwater views and an incredible collection of marine life. Walking through the tunnels felt like entering another world. Water Park & Pools – Perfect for both adults and children. The slides were thrilling, and the pools were spotless and relaxing. The resort itself is beautifully designed, with great restaurants, clean facilities, and well-organized staff everywhere. We felt both relaxed and entertained every moment. A special thanks again to Zakari, whose kindness and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. Atlantis Sanya is more than just a resort—it’s a complete experience of hospitality, fun, and wonder. This stay was just ok.. Check in process take bit too long and NONE show me where is the lounge, since my booking is entitled to check in at lounge. None asking me for deposit and after we lunch and I sign the bill to room, my Buttler call and ask about.. i coming down and I go to the lounge, i did the deposit and i asked about the lounge, she seems doesn’t know im entitled for to use the lounge or anything. Once arrived at the room i feel bit DISAPPOINTED, once we book room with OCEAN VIEW and shows SEA VIEW icon i was expecting something different than SIDE SEA VIEW … i was in the last room in the corridor, opposite side of the beach (#42102), which to see any view i need go out in my balcony corner… I REALLY SUGGEST better description to avoid this expectation (also was shared with my Butler). This was the second leg of our trip in Sanya, and for sure comparisons happen… the beach ( if can call like this) is basically nothing, not nice, horses, quad bikes and nothing else for guests enjoying or even seat… DEFINITELY IF GUESTS likes beach, this is NOT the hotel. Hotel club at 48 was great, food decent and tasty. Staff polite. Breakfast at Saffron was good, nice range of food… maybe just missing the egg station and bit variety of bakery (mango bread, blueberry bread, chocolate bread all same just toppings different). Aquarium and Waterpark was great and not too many people/line.

Is a BUSY hotel, very busy lobby, breakfast room etc. I wouldn’t call it luxury. We stayed for one night just to experience the water park and aquarium which were included in our room rate. Perfect for a rainy cloudy day activities. The lobby aquarium and mermaid show every hour is jaw dropping, absolutely spectacular. So memorable. Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsey was excellent, we ate there 3 times. After our one night stay then we moved to a quieter hotel to enjoy the rest of our holiday. We had the do not disturb on our door but our butler still knocked on the door, offered us some plush toys and asked for a good review. Honestly though, felt disturbed as we were resting and had to open the door to greet her. Would appreciate our privacy to be respected.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The service was exceptional, especially our butler Shakhzod, He was attentive and professional throughout our stay and was always on hand to answer any questions. Excellent 5 star service. The ladies also at the miniverse children's play area were amazing, really friendly, and welcoming. Thank you all

A decent place to spend a few days in Sanya enjoying waterpark. Do yourself a favor and book a club level to enjoy better views and light meals throughout the day. Staff is very attentive and makes your stay even more enjoyable.

A Memorable Family Stay at Atlantis Sanya During the long Korean Chuseok holiday in early October 2025, my family and I took a short trip to Sanya for some rest and fun. We stayed at Atlantis Sanya, and from the moment we checked in, it already felt like the right choice. The room was big enough for our family of four and so comfortable that we felt at home right away. Everything, including the bathroom and the amenities, was modern and spotless. Most of our time was spent enjoying the water park, which quickly became our kids’ favorite place. We laughed, played, and probably spent more time there than we planned. Breakfast was another highlight — every morning offered something new, fresh, and delicious. Those small changes each day made every meal feel special, and the cheerful atmosphere helped us start each day in a good mood. The most unforgettable moment came when my daughter lost her phone in a taxi. We were quite worried, but the duty manager and our butler, Farhana, stepped in immediately. They contacted the driver, explained the situation, and somehow managed to get the phone back to the hotel. I was honestly amazed — I never thought we’d see it again, especially in another country. Their kindness and determination left a deep impression on all of us. Thanks to the thoughtful staff — especially Farhana, who took care of our family as if we were old friends — our stay at Atlantis became something truly special. It was a trip filled with warmth, laughter, and unforgettable moments. If we ever visit Sanya again, there’s no question — we’ll be staying at Atlantis once more.
