Hyatt Place Sanya City Center

This hotel is very safety and the room is nice and clean so comfortable to sleep very good

We stayed at the hotel at the end of April. Although they declared that the deposit would be refunded as soon as one checked out, the deposit of 1000¥ has not been refunded to date. I asked them to check if the transaction was processed successfully, but I have received no response. I didn’t expect this from such a big hotel like Hyatt. Really disappointed!!

Will have expected more from a Hyatt hotel as there are smokers seen quite frequently in the main lobby.

I stayed at the Hyatt Place Sanya City Center for 3 nights and it was an absolute delight! Upon entering, the check in process was smooth and professional, however do be mindful that a security deposit of 1000 yuan will have to be made and then returned after your check out. The staff was incredibly helpful and even spoke English. The Breakfast Buffet was a mixture of both Western and Chinese Cuisine and had a vast variety of options so you will never leave hungry. The room was spotlessly clean and cleaning was done everyday immaculately. We truly enjoyed the room's view of the city that showed both nature and the beautiful city lights that came alive at night time. I would highly recommend you check this hotel out as you wont be disappointed. I would be happy to return again very soon.

Only 1 restaurant in the hotel does not operate for dinner. I was planned to have a dining in the hotel during my stay. But when I was at restaurant entry from outside, i was told that it was not operated. This is quite disappointing.

That's my second time staying at this hotel. Enjoyed it as previously. Good service, very comfortable beds, top clean room, nice breakfast. The hotel is not at the seaside, but the location is good for business travellers as it is in the center of Sanya CBD district.
