We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were nice, the hotel had a beautiful design, a spacious lobby, and friendly staff. When we checked in, there was a welcome fruit plate in our room. The buffet was based on Chinese cuisine, but there were also European elements, and there was plenty of fruit and vegetables.

Nice resort, beaches, big and comfortable room, food in Chinese restaurant is good. Buffet breakfast food quality is average.

Although we just booked a 1-day stay on our last day at Sanya, Holiday Inn Resort is definitely the best hotel during our Sanya trip. We regret already that we should have spent more days at this hotel. Thank you so much for the hospitality and family-friendly cosy service. Here, you can find all you need for the lovely vacation. My daughters love so much spending time here. Many thanks also to the front desk clerk WangShu( sorry, I forgot his English name) for the excellent customer service during our stay.

We had an amazing stay here! Get upgraded to a two bedrooms suite for our family of six. The suite is very spacious and clean, most importantly comfortable for all of us. Our butler Link took good care of us during the stay, anything we need is just a text away and he even helped us to order food delivery 😊 our children enjoy the kids play area so much. Highly recommended this hotel to everyone especially those with young children 👍
