Sofitel Sanya Leeman Resort

This is our second visit to Sofitel - the hotel is a family favourite, great customer service, especially from Angel who helped us throughout our stay. The hotel really puts customers at the centre of everything they do. We will be back. Thank you!

Second time at this hotel. This time stayed at a suite. It is very comfortable and spacious. It is a great location especially for families and kids.

It is a very nice resort hotel with beautiful environment and facilities, luckily we have this opportunity to visit them

The closest railway station to this airport is yalong bay railway station which is about 25 mins away. We had a seaview room, offering unobstructed views of the sea. Check-in was smooth, and there was even a small room with light snacks which guests can wait in if the room is ready. One of the hotel staff - Minnie - added us on wechat. She constantly checked in on us by asking us how our stay was / whether we had a good night's rest and provided prompt replies on when we asked her for any help via the platform. Lounge was amazing, with plenty of food during tea and evening canapés. Tea time could get a bit busy, but other meal times were fine. The lounge staff were excellent - Nikki, Suki, Mia, Lilly and Lillian were friendly and helpful and provided exceptional service. Would certainly consider staying there again if we return. 离酒店最近的火车站是亚龙湾火车站。打车的话大概需要25分钟左右。我们的房间看得到海边，风景非常的美。酒店得到沙滩。入住很顺利。 大堂柜台minnie加了我们的微信，入住期间会问我们休息得怎样。我们有问题问她他也会及时的回复。 行政酒廊下午茶跟行政酒廊食物都相当的丰富。比起早餐/欢乐时光，去下午茶的人可能会多一些。想表扬行政酒廊的几个员工 - Nikki, Suki, Mia, Lilly and Lillian - 态度非常的好。服务很棒也很友善。 下回如果有再去海棠湾一定会在住这里。
