我們一家三口出行，父母睡大房，我睡小房，隔音還行，相互不打擾，房間比較寬敞明亮，陽台可以看到海。位置還行，小區綠化很好，散步什麼的都不用出去，休閑度假還是挺舒服的，離海邊走十分鐘，不遠，周邊也有很多餐館，非常滿意的一次住宿。

優點：①房間新裝修，乾淨整潔。
②位置比較好，去哪都挺方便。
③擔心的飛機噪音也沒有。
④免費給升級了房間。
缺點：①主卧異味嚴重，薰的沒辦法睡覺，第二天換到了次卧睡覺，但是床頭竟然沒有插座。
②客廳找不到能充電的地方，也沒有純凈水，沒有餐巾紙。
③海景房跟宣傳的有點點差距。

很晚才到三亞，想隨便找一家對付一晚，結果意外很不錯，距離鳳凰機場很近，房間乾淨整潔，客廳和卧室都有空調，還能看到海景，周邊叫外賣也非常方便，這個價格來説非常良心了，最重要的是老闆人特別好，服務特別周到～～推薦推薦～

小區環境很好，早上門口有賣早餐菜和水果的，房子挺寬敞，能看到一點點海，可以自己做飯，總體來説還可以。

房間和圖片幾乎沒有差別，老闆升級了三房，房間比較大，找不到地庫入口，老闆下來帶路，還主動幫忙拿行李到房間，還不錯，小區環境很好，走路到三亞灣不過10分鐘，非常方便。

環境好，房間乾淨，設施齊全，第一次在旅行中用上洗衣機，還可以做飯，鍋碗瓢盆都乾淨。走6～7分鐘就到椰夢長廊看海，站在陽台上也能看海。

他家民宿真的是值得推薦，我們出行人生地不熟的，這家老闆非常耐心的給予幫助，幫我們推薦了經濟實惠又好騎的電動車，而且他家房間是真的大，就像住在自己家裡，站在陽台就能看到大概，出了門，走路到海邊也不足2公里，特別好。
