Rosewood Sanya

Our family stayed only one night at the Rosewood Sanya, but it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The room was stunning, beautifully designed, with elegant furniture and a breathtaking ocean view that we couldn’t stop admiring. The entire team was incredibly kind and professional. A special thank you to Nancy, the Guest Experience Manager, who was so attentive and so welcoming with us! She did everything! Also we wqnt to thank Viviane, Luna, and Echo, everyone made us feel at home and cared for in every detail. The housekeeping service is incredibly considerate, the check-in process is efficient, and there is even proactive assistance in arranging travel photography and recommending local cuisine. The breakfast offerings feature fresh ingredients, a variety of both Chinese and Western-style dishes, and an unlimited supply of tropical fruits, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. We also joined a yoga class on the 13th floor, which was amazing, the setting, the view, and the atmosphere were just perfect. The fitness and wellness facilities are outstanding and very rare to find in a hotel. Everything about the Rosewood Sanya radiates elegance, peace, and happiness. As a French family traveling through Sanya, we couldn’t have dreamed of a better stay. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful memory, we can’t wait to come back! ✨

stayed at several hotels (Edison, Intercontinental, rosewood etc) by far this is the best hotel. The personalised service is top notch (by 小笼包的NN） even got a FOC pick-up service to train station! facilities and daily programme are great. There a special menu where you can order the unique breakfast especially the local favour. Given a very nice piece of mooncake and birthday cake, and the service agent greeted my wife at the midnight! What an effort! You get to see the island too right across your room. Will chosen here anytime when travel as a couple.

I had a truly memorable stay at Rosewood Sanya. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, but what made my experience exceptional was the service I received from Clay. He went above and beyond in every way — arranging all my activities, anticipating my needs, and checking in with me each morning and evening to make sure everything was perfect. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made me feel incredibly well looked after. The rest of the staff were also kind and attentive, but Clay’s dedication stood out and turned a good stay into an unforgettable one. I will definitely return.

Very disappointed, by almost everything, especially the room (layout, materials, fittings lighting,, etc, etc). The difference in price with many similar hotels in the area is completely unjustifiable in my view.

Unbelievable service since we arrived. We were treated like royalty, thank you so much for our amazing service Xiao Yu Yuan, we had his WeChat and he made our trip so easy. Great place for couples, very romantic.  Breakfast and lunch was delicious.  Highly recommend you to stay and I hope you can experience the same as we did.
