We took a 30-hour flight and arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to provide an early check-in. We requested access to a shower room for a quick freshen-up, as we had a meeting at 11 a.m., but the front desk declined our request. We were a bit disappointed with this.
Others than this, the room is spacious, all good.

The team is just amazing, very nice people.
The rooms are old and looks cheap , it's like a cheap hotel with a great location. If they invest a bit on decorations will be very good .

Overall it's OK, not particularly bad. There are many restaurants nearby, but I usually eat in the hotel. The security in Sao Paulo is also average. Overall, it's OK.

1. The service in this hotel is very poor.
2. There is no free water. I asked at the front desk and was told that I had to pay to get bottled water. If I wanted to drink water, I had to go to the water dispenser on the 21st floor, but there were no cups or any water-holding devices.
3. There was no kettle in the room.
4. The gym was unhygienic and the floor had not been cleaned for a long time.

terrible, cold shower, problems with the boiler, they only resolved it the next day, they didn't clean the room even though we asked and left a notice on the door, getting towels changed was a pain, after 4 calls, extras showed up with the towels, dinner was ordered the day before, if we hadn't put the tray out in the hallway, it would have stayed there until the end of the stay, wow, what a bad and unpleasant experience in the chain.
