Excellent hotel, has everything you need for a minimal price, We often stay at Ibis hotels, very decent accommodation, always quick check-in and convenient service.
Despite the recent power outage in São Paulo, the hotel managed to provide satisfactory service, even with a very slow reservation system.
The location is ideal for those traveling to Congonhas, it couldn't be better.
Great stay! Ibis Barra Funda have the greatest location close to all my commitments during business travels.
Kitchen is great!!!
As a remark,
I believe Ibis should reward frequent guests; a matter of loyalty but they don’t. The previous Accord rewards is gone; the new one totally doesn’t work. They do not even offer a bottle of water or similar amenity to an arriving guest.
Simply they do not care anymore.
Great location for our stay in São Paulo, very close to the subway. Room is small but clean and comfortable. Reception staff is very friendly and welcoming, however, the check-in method of having to re-type all the booking information manually made things quite slow on arrival, with only one person at the desk.
Great value for money, the hotel is well located and clean. The only negative point of my stay was the price charged for breakfast, as the reservation stated a price 50% lower than what I was charged.
I was recently happy to enjoy a really wonderful experience in a hotel in the city, and since I arrived, I was received with a warm smile by the careful and performing team. The hotel was perfect and easy to access. The reception team was always ready to provide useful information about tourist points, restaurants and local events. In general, my experience in the hotel was really wonderful. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an unforgettable experience in the city.
This is a great hotel for a short stay in São Paulo. However, checking in took way too long (over 15minutes). The reason for this is that the receptionist, Josinilson, subscribed us to their loyalty program without informing us upfront. He kept asking personal questions that were, according to him, necessary for confirmation of the reservation. After a long day, we just wanted to sleep. When we jokingly asked why he needed all that information for, he got sarcastically aggressive saying “because for my work”. The other receptionists were clearly shocked too. The hotel is great, room is more than okay and beds are comfortable. But the check in experience is in need of some improvement.
