SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL

نشعر بخيبة أمل لعدم تمكننا من تناول الإفطار في الفندق، حتى مع أن باقة الإفطار كانت مشمولة. كان الطابور طويلاً جدًا عندما ذهبنا لتناول الإفطار في الفندق اليوم الساعة 8:40. انتظرنا 10 دقائق أخرى، وكان الطابور لا يزال طويلًا جدًا كما هو موضح في الصورة المرفقة. أعتقد أن حجز الإفطار قد فائض، حيث أن الفندق قبل الجولة. أقترح على Trip.com أو الفندق التأكد من عدم بيع باقة الإفطار بسعر أعلى من سعرها. انتهى بنا الأمر بالذهاب إلى فندق آخر لتناول الإفطار على نفقتنا الخاصة.

Prime location, spacious room, super clean, great view and the both indoor and outdoor SPA available!! We will be returning next time we’re at Nagasaki!

It was indeed difficult to communicate in English while checking in. The check-in process took unnecessarily super long. I made an inquiry about the breakdown for charges as I was asked to pay for the lodging fee. The front desk staff was struggling to explain to me till a guy who seemed like a senior interrupted our conversation. He used a martiral written in Japanese in order to EDUCATE me when I calimed that I don't understand the language. He then showed me a very rude attitude and I can sense that he is irritated towards me. Throughout the entire interaction with that attitude, he then realized that the lodging tax that was initially charged to me was WRONGLY calculated. No apologies were extended to me at the end and the lecturer just kept quite. I wasn't expecting anything extraordinary, but I believe the least one can expect is basic courtesy, respect, and proper manners. I would like to receive an apology for the rude and irritated manner in which I was treated.

We booked the Superior twin room with no breakfast and no access to spa. Fantastic location - hotel is within the Cocono shopping complex, and is directly above Susukino Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s just one stop to Odori and two stops to Sapporo Station on the subway metro, or a 8-12min walk to Odori and approx. 20-25min walk to Sapporo Station. and Tanukikoji Shopping Street is only about a five-minute walk away. As it is within the Cocono shopping complex, there are plenty of shops, restaurants and entertainment options right downstairs. Food court on the 3rd and 4th floors, and Daichii supermarket in the basement, and a Lawson konbini right next door - extremely convenient. The room was clean and beds were comfy, and room was a good size, especially for Japan. There was enough floor space for us to have our suitcases open without feeling too cramped, which made a big difference during a longer trip. For breakfast, highly recommend the EDW Café downstairs. Their 100 toast was excellent and definitely worth trying! Pancakes were also good! Overall, the hotel is in an unbeatable location with everything you could need right on your doorstep. We would definitely stay here again!

Booked this hotel because of its location. The underground shopping connected to the hotel made shopping an ease. The hotel is stylish w a nice lobby and scene. They offered white wine as welcome drink which was a nice suprise. Staffs spoke good English and helpful. Their recommendation of a nearby izakaya restaurant was excellent. Will definitely come back to stay!

I have stayed in this hotel for many times mainly because of the location, the room is a little small this time and almost obscured by the building in front of our window (12th Floor facing South), but it is quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is good, but it becomes boring I'd rather try other options next time.

Best hotel in sapporo. Shops and restaurants nearby. Lawson connected with hotel . Fastfood hall at the 3rd and 4th floor and Grocery at the basement.

Very pleased with the stay. Prime location right about a mall. Breakfast options is plenty. Definitely will be back. (there are some noises from racing cars and drunk peopl because it is in the prime location but it is acceptable)
