ميتسوي جاردن هوتل سابورو

Nice hotel, Mitsui standard. Around 5 mins walk from JR Sapporo station. Spacious room and nice staff. Everything looks very clean. Mitsui Garden and Mitsui Garden West hotel are located right next to each other. Be careful not to check in at wrong hotel.

It’s convenient close to the main train station and city centre, the Hotel is not the newest design and need a renovation soon

The room is clean and cozy, but not brand new. Repairs would be nice. Helpful staff. Good location.

Poor location with poor parking, we have to go round & round to find the parking garage, that’s one way traffic, no way can go through it.  Besides, there are 2 buildings, the first building we went in, the guy found out our booking was with west building, we have to go through round & round again.  We parked at the disabled parking with permit, the staff told us must go to parking lot, they have to charge ¥1500 per 24 hours.  The next day we checkout at 10:00, leave our luggage & pick up our car after few hours, they asked us to pay the parking fees again, which was less than 24 hours.  Afterwards, they said they will not charge.  What kind of system is that?  Are they really know what they are doing.  We check-in with an extremely small smoking room, which we requested to do non-smoking treatments.  I know think they do it.  The bathroom we found a huge bugs in the bathtub, which is very scary.  The breakfast was pretty bad, hardly had any food that can eat at breakfast and tasteless.  The staff were very unfriendly and no patient, with very high price for the night.  Not recommended for this hotel.

The hotel is located in central city of Sapporo which has carparking service. Though the carpark staff was unable to speak English but he tried his very best to show me how to go through the process of parking and collecting my car. A+ service. The BF is very good with ample choices and sufficient quantity.

room is not new, but equipment still in good function. No view, too disappointed.
