I am strongly NOT recommended this hotel for the foreigner. When I book this hotel, the reason I choose is the parking even the price is almost ¥20,000. However, I think there are big different between Japanese and foreigner. For the Japanese guests, they let them entry the indoor car park and help them to put the luggages into the hotel with big smile. For the foreigner, they reject to provide the parking service and claim that it is full(I arrived the hotel around 4:15pm). They agree to put the luggages inside the hotel first after my negotiation. They reject me first as it is dangerous for us to let the car stay few minutes if there are having fire issue and our car will stuck. Can you image how come to let the customer park the car far far away (10 minutes walking distance) from hotel and take all the luggages walking on the ice street? When I doubt the answer as there are two empty area and the staff said it is reserved by others. It is very crazy that he just told me “first come first reserve” in few minutes ago. Secondly, I would like to point out: it is very dirty. There are big dust on the desk, many black line on the wall and black spots on the sheet. It is not an acceptable cleanliness for the ¥20,000 per night hotel.

Walkable to sapporo station, family mart nearby, able to store luggage before check in time.

Review: Stayed here for 2 nights and overall it was a decent, practical choice for a short trip. Pros: • Really convenient — just a short walk from the JR and metro station, made getting around very easy. • Room was tidy and quite clean. • Good water pressure in the shower, nice shower head, and the hair dryer actually worked well. • Nice bonus: there’s a small public bath (onsen-style) available — a pleasant surprise at this price range. Cons: • The room is very compact. It was difficult to even open one suitcase fully — fine if you’re solo with light luggage, but tight for two people or anyone with more bags. • The hotel is quite close to the rail tracks, so you’ll hear trains passing by on and off, especially noticeable at night. I personally don’t mind background noise, but if you need complete silence to sleep, this might bother you. • The public bath is quite small, so it can get fully occupied quickly, especially in the evening. Would stay again if I’m prioritizing location and don’t mind a small room + occasional train noise. Good value for money if you’re mainly using the hotel as a base to explore.
