Saputara means the 'Abode of Serpents' and a snake image on the banks of the river Sarpagana is worshiped by the Adivasis on Holi. Saputara has been developed as a planned hill Lake View Hotel with all around the necessary amenities like,,Parks swimming pools, boat club, theaters, ropeways and a museum to ensure an enjoyable holiday in the cool of the hill. Saputara is only 172 km. from Surat and 250 km from Mumbai. Saputara will soon have its own airport as state government is considering the plan. Maharashtra state border is only 4 km away from Saputara. Excursions from Saputara can be made to the wild life sanctuary in the Mahal Bardipara forest, 60 km. from here and to Gira Waterfalls 52 km away.

Very very bad service from hotel staff We have booked 2 room and they have denied the room service after 10 o clock Which type of service you provided it is a hotel and it's your duty to serve the guest whenever they require We have 15 times call to room service number and hotel reception but no body pain for attending the call Food is very average and room condition is very bad It is not worth for 4500 for one night We have faces very bad service and I not recommend this hotel for any one Room service very poor Reception service very poor Foor taste very poor Overall i give 0 out of 10

Amenities and location were excellent but property need to be refurbished. Looking like requires renovation now. Location wise property was excellent but need some renovation as looking old comparatively may loose some prime customers!

It's very terrible to choose to stay in this hotel. It's a hostel type old room and bathroom. No proper service and very poor quality of service

Search on make my trip help me to identify this property. Deluxe room was very good, view of hills and lake were amazing, excellent location, points are near from this resort. Excellent food at reasonable price. Though my package includes food. Good swimming pool. Service is ok

1. The resort is located near to every destination such as boating house, temple, rose garden etc, 2. Food was tasty. 3. Staff was friendly and helpful. 4. The rates are reasonable.
