Hostel Hasta la Vista

L'accueil vraiment pas top. La demoiselle à l'accueil était pas très agréables contrairement aux autres membres du personnels. Il n'y à pas de parking comle cela est précisé. Le persônel du ménage est super.

It was the worst experience I've ever had in a hostel. We booked our stay directly at the reception for a private room and when we first checked in, they didn't give us any key to our room and said that it was "safe anyways". They told us to come back later should by the time they find the key to our room. So we left our stuff, including passports, luggage, money and we went for the rest of the day. After coming back to the hostel and asked again for the key to our room, the girl at the reception seemed confusion and told us that they actually put a group of 7 people in OUR ROOM. They canceled their booking and didn't know where to put them with all their stuff, so they decided to use our room as a storage. We walked in into our room, the door is not locked anyways, and literally found a girl sleeping in our bed. It was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional at all. The girl at the reception seemed obviously completely confused and couldn't understand what was going on and very embarrassed. They canceled a group of traveler's booking and when they showed up they put them in our room. The reception calls the manager and he ends up giving us a refund and instead of apologizing the only thing he says is "C'EST LA VIE" (it is what it is basically). We could've end up completely homeless and thankfully there was availabilities for last minute booking in other hostels. I rarely give bad reviews but this needs to be known as I don't want anyone else to experience that at all. Consider checking other places before choosing this one. There are many that have a better location, cleaner, and mostly more professional and safer. You don't want to end up in a country you are visiting completely homeless.

I was in sarande between July, august. Beautifull village with a market, nice boulevard, and very kind people. Hasta a la vista is a great hostel with people from all over the world. The beds, showers, toilets and kitchen where clean, an there are enough work space and relax opportunities. The people of the hostel where very kind. Hope I can visit this lovely place, maybe this year again....

The hostel is really nice and also all the people who works there. Albano, the owner, was very gentle, he took us to visit the blue eye for the day and was amazing. Thank you so much! Highly recommend :)

Roban allí adentro y nadie se responsabiliza. Los voluntarios tienen muy malas actitudes y predisposición. They steal in there and nobody takes responsibility. Volunteers have very bad attitudes and predisposition

best hostel ever! tripadvisor should think about having more stars to rate hostels like this! such a nice place to meet people and also get work done. Staff is awesome and Albano is always there to give you tips and helping with doubts...also sharing fruit from the hostel's garden!! definitely i'll come back! thank you so much Hasta la Vista fam (L)
