Its right at the beach and most locations are easy to reach by walk

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and would not recommend this hotel at all. The first room we were given smelled heavily of cigarettes, when we first complained about this, the receptionist informed us that the previous guests had smoked in their rooms and was not helpful at all. The hotel should not have given out a room that they knew had been heavily contaminated by previous guests. The toilet also has yellow stains on the toilet seat, infested with flies and in need of a paint job and some repairs e.g. broken door handle. After complaining several times, we were finally moved to another room. The second room we were given smelt like sewage, and the AC did not work, making it very uncomfortable to sleep and stay in. We were finally moved to a third room. Having to move hotel rooms twice within 3 days absolutely ruined our experience and caused a lot of disruption. The third room was overall better than the previous two, but did have some issues with AC but these were resolved by the staff. We were told by a member of staff that we were “unlucky”. I would suggest that this hotel gets their act together and offer a level worthy of what they charge, rather than calling paying customers unlucky. For most of the trip we didn’t have hot water, just lukewarm, despite running the water for 10 mins as advised by the staff. On the last night we finally were gifted with hot water, however this was also the evening that the internet went down for a few hours. The breakfast was equally disappointing. The food and coffee were being kept warm using tea lights, which was completely inadequate, which meant the food and coffee were cold, and only ever slightly warm. Imagine eating cold eggs: extremely unappetising. Additionally, there were very few food options available. Overall, a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please do not waste your money visiting this hotel, we have tried to pursue a refund but the hotel has resisted despite offering horrendous experience. The staff were friendly and kind, but were always good at providing solutions.

We had high hopes for this hotel, but it felt very short to what was expected. Clumsy check-in with only one girl attending at the highest peek of turn-overs, and also a bit rude due to the pressure. 45 Minutes later her responsible came in and it was even worse. The hotel looks very high-end but then reality sets in... The room doors don't close tightly so you ear every little thing going on ... hair dryers, babies crying, showers, you name it. Not a good breakfast, almost like a school cafeteria. A bit far from the center of Sarandé but for us that was OK. Small but pretty pebble beach, with too much sunbeds. Parking included which is good.

I stayed at this hotel for about 8 days with my family, impeccable service, super friendly staff, cleaning ladies, receptionists, room service, everyone was helpful and so patient with our children! The hotel is literally 2 steps from the sea, the beach is actually not sandy but has pebbles, but with some rock shoes the problem was solved. All wonderfully and surprisingly delicious and great staff! Highly recommended.

This was the final stop on our trip around Albania, we arrived around 1ish in the afternoon, a man came to help us with the bag and got us to reception (this was Erind we later found out) the check in was smooth and we got into our room it was large and spacious, we had a triple room with a sea view, it came with a balcony and it was nice, the air con is a little old but gets the room cold enough, it was slightly dated, but the beds were comfy, the bathroom was nice, good water pressure was good but the shower was quite low (I’m 5’11 and couldn’t quite fit under it) the balcony was massive and perfect for sitting out pre going out on an evening, the tv was good and you could log into your own netflix which is a nice comfort! We unpacked and headed down to the beach, there are cabana’s for an extra cost which we got the next the next day for my birthday, there is a 20% discount for hotel guests so cost 2800 LEK for the day, it was lovely, otherwise there are tons of free sun beds for hotel guests and hotel staff always walking around willing to help, the sun beds were very comfy as well and the wifi from the hotel reaches down to the beach! The first night we went out into Sarande for dinner and had a lovely time, it’s about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel to the main ***** but was worth it. On the day of my birthday (8th July) we were brought a complimentary fruit plate and a bottle of Prosecco to the room when we got back from the beach, this was a lovely touch as the fruit is amazing! We had dinner in the hotel and had booked a table with Erind who reserved us the ‘best table’ all of his service was utterly superb, he was attentive, kind and made it a truly wonderful experience, he had remembered us from the day and served us personally all evening, honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. The next day we did a beach trip with a company just outside the hotel, this was a private boat tour, they don’t do the big group ones for anyone wishing to do one, but the pick and drop off was great and we arranged our airport transfer through the same company. On our final morning we came downstairs and Erind greeted us in the morning having remembered us, he helped take our suitcase to reception to check out, we then came back to the restaurant as our pick up wasn’t yet and he gave us complimentary water and coffee, he was lovely and would be a main reason for coming back to this hotel, he deserves all the praise for his amazing service. Overall I would come and stay here again, good value for money. The food at this hotel is also amazing. You must have the chips and the bruschetta, we had lunch here a few times and dinner once, all of it was superb, definitely worth a trip for dinner as well, and they do cocktails but there’s no menu, so you just have to ask!
