I had a pleasant stay at Labersa Balige. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The food was decent, with a good variety of local and international options that were enjoyable overall. One thing that could be improved is the addition of a fitness facility. Having a gym on-site would definitely enhance the guest experience, especially for those staying longer or wanting to maintain their workout routine. Overall, a comfortable hotel with warm hospitality. Looking forward to seeing future upgrades!

I frequently stay at this hotel. The hotel is located out of town of Balige and around 1,5 hour from Parapat, the central tourism of Lake Toba. The room was very comfort and clean. I got complimentary ticket to enter The Waterboom behind the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with various menu. We can see the paddy fields surrounding the hotel and Lake Toba from the restaurant There was live band in the weekend in the evening. The service was also good.

We stay at Labersa on the peakiest moment you can imagine, Idul Fitri. It was packed! Since it is the most luxury hotel in town, most of the government officials stay there during visit. I stay at one of the suits, the room is big with connecting doors enable me to have both best views. The room lay out is good, yet they could do better on the interior and its furniture (especially the bathrooms). Facing such massive traffic, I have to give two thumbs up to the restaurant team handling so many guests with quick table set ups and managing food availability. The hotels also provide free tickets for us to the water park, which I can say, its clean with enough attractions to enjoy. Yet, I think they need to improve a bit on the parking lot and elevator. When facing that many traffic, this supporting facilities just can't keep up.
