Tui Blue Seno - Adults Only

Amazing hotel with excellent service. It has an interesting character as it is set on a hilltop with shuttle access to the beach (which wasn’t a problem at all). The only downside was that all inclusive was “part inclusive” as most cocktails were extra. This should be made clear in the description.

My husband and I returned from the Seno 3 days ago and wanted to share our thoughts with you.... firstly its a lovely hotel and the staff always go out of their way to help...... We must mention the Tui Rep Cecelie.... she was so helpful and always there to help... she mainly works from late afternoon and evening in the hotel and always has so much time for all the guests..... nothing was too much trouble for her. The food is plentiful and varied ... sometimes they wouldnt always refill certain dishes if half way through service but they always were there to help in every way... the waitors were attentive and very friendly. The Steak and Grill restaurant is the one you have to buy a bottle of wine to eat there which was a good concept as the food was fabulous... However if you wanted to buy a bottle of Prosecco it was almost 100 euros which we thought was a bit expensive as the wine to purchase was around 35 euros...... Must also mention the actual Steak and Grill restaurant inside if the weather is not so good ... the old curtains are hanging from the rails and so need to be changed and there were no pictures on the wall.... it was very dated which is a shame as it could be so lovely ... just needed a little tlc to make it have a little ambiance..... but the waiter service in there was wonderful. There are some branded spirits available in the all inclusive deal but if you like Bacardi you would have to pay 7 euros a shot. Captain Morgan white rum is available but it is not the same. Their local house wine is good as is the sparkling cava and the beer. The rooms are kept immaculately and the staff are amazing how tirelessly they work.... we loved our lady who did our room... she was so sweet. With regards to anyone with food allergies our daughter who is coeliac went last year in June and will be returning this year too with her fiancee. The Food and Beverage Manager sorted everything out for her and her experience in the restaurant was very relaxed. If you have any food allergies please contact the F & B Manager on arrival and he will sort it all out for you along with the main chef and sous chef in the restaurant. Also if you have any complaints please just ask the Reps or Reception as they are all so willing to sort out everying you need for a wonderful relaxing holiday.
