The One Club Hotel

Terrible. Pay a little extra and go elsewhere. Food is absolutely shocking. Even worse for children or fussy eaters. We ended up eating out for pretty much every single meal which also incurred the cost of taxis so ended up almost £50 per meal for 2. No variety. Food was all mixed together and trays weren’t cleaned inbetween changing foods. None of it is labelled so if you have allergies or dietary restrictions then you don’t know what you’re eating. Most staff barely speak a word of English so can’t tell you what food it is. Best thing about it all was an omelette at breakfast time 😂. Only around 4 drinks included in the all inclusive which were terrible. No entertainment whatsoever. Rooms are very outdated. No iron or kettle. Fridges are barely cold. Shower was shocking water barely came out. Aircon in room was lukewarm. All furniture marked or stained. Best part about it is the pool area and even that isn’t the best. Little hut on beach is rundown. Glad we only booked for 4 days and no longer or we’d be booking an early flight home.

Yemekler berbat temizlik berbat hizmet berbat hiçbir akşam bir etkinlik yok saçma sapan barda çalan müzikler. 1 hafta boyunca yiyeceklerimizi içeceklerinizi dışarıdan aldık. İyi olan bir iki personel var onun dışında hiçbir şey yok. Yetkili kimse yok zaten otelde her yer sinek temizlik namına hicbirsey yok

Honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, had to move rooms when arrived as the one I was given stunk of smoke. Showers were awful and water barely came out of them and the rooms were so out dated and old. The food was bland and fly's all over the food. Whilst we was there one of the drains clogged up in the dining area and faeces was bubbling up and covering the floor. The only good thing about it was the staff, they worked so hard and always busy and we was told they got poor money to work there. Everyone we spoke to was so unsatisfied with the place. Such a shame as the owner could really make something out of it.

Temmuz 2024' te eşim ve kızımla beraber ailecek gittik. Bir hafta konakladık. Otelle ilgili daha önceden yapılmış olumsuz yorumlardan dolayı şüphelerim vardı ancak gidince öğrendik ki; bu yorumlar eski işletmeye aitmiş. Otelin işletme kadrosu değişmiş. Sağolsunlar isteklerimizi dikkate aldılar. Odamız standart oda idi. Çok büyük değil ama bize yetti. Havuz suyu sıcaktı; biz daha çok denize gittik. Denizin olduğu milli parkı çok beğendim. Otelin kafeteryasinin yanısıra belediyenin kafeteryası da var plajda. Fiyatları da makuldu. Soyunma kabinleri, duş, mescit, kafeterya, sağlık ocağı var Milli parkta. Oturmak için ağaçlık, gölge yerler var. Belli saatlerde otelden denize, denizden otele servis var. Yoğunluk olursa tekrar gidip dönüyor servis. Zaten araçla çok kısa sürüyor. Plajda soğuk içecek ve sandviç, gözleme gibi hizmetleri var ücretsiz. Otelin yemeklerini beğendim. Aç kalmadık:) Tükenen yemekleri takip edip hemen yenilediler kimse söylemeden. Odamız düzenli olarak temizlendi. Animasyon olmaması kötü idi. Araçsız da geldiyseniz köy merkezine ulaşım sıkıntılı. Otelin etrafında gezilecek ya da alışveriş yapılacak bir yer yok. Biz otelden genel olarak memnun kaldık. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

The reception staff was helpful so did the staff at the Martin's Bar. The Location is also not too bad. 20 mins walk to the village town or 20-30 mins walk to the beach. Taxi Service is very good. The property is very very dirty. and everything was broken. I hated walking up and down to the reception to ask or complain of things. Wi fi is barely there. Dining area is unbelievable. so many insects even flies on the food. very limited repeated meals. We had to eat out from our second day as there was nothing for kids to enjoy.

PLEASE listen to all the reviews and DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! :( If you have already booked this holiday and still have time to change it, please go elsewhere otherwise you will regret it!! Beautiful hotel round the corner “L Hotel” please go there instead!! This was my first family summer holiday with my husband and our 1 year old and also for my husband’s birthday. It was definitely one we will remember.. for all the wrong reasons. For a start the hotel looks nothing like the photos on here or anywhere on your holiday providers website photos so do not believe any of it! Those photos are extremely outdated and probably what it looked like back when it first opened. It is run down, like a shack on the side of the road. Not even a hotel, more like apartment blocks, filthy, overgrown with weeds and buildings covered in hornet nests. The whole place is dark and dreary, not even the rooms have a main light in them! When we arrived we were taken to our room by the awful and rude night time receptionist and he demanded a tip from my husband which he refused to give as we did not ask for any help and were managing perfectly fine with our bags. The room was HOT because the aircon is practically non-existent.. think of someone just blowing air into your face occasionally.. that’s about as powerful and as cold as it felt. The bathroom was completely filthy and had no toilet seat. A “handy man” came back 3 times with a new seat to attach to it. Once the aircon started to oscillate, it begun absolutely pouring, no exaggeration! I went to reception and we moved to another room. Equally the aircon didn’t work but atleast it wasn’t raining! Again no room main light just a broken bedside lamp. Floor looks like it’s been mopped with muddy water and bathroom was all pink, slimy, broken and absolutely disgusting. You didn’t even want to remove your shoes! Brown blankets on beds have male ej*culate on them and it seems judging by other posts previously that this isn’t just a one off to find this. Says the rooms come with a safe.. they do not. But would I trust this hotel and its employees to not access my safe whilst I’m out? Absolutely not! The people who work here are bizarre. It all felt like a horrible dream and fictional world. The restaurant staff have filthy uniforms and work all hours of the day. They would just come and kiss my daughter with I was not ok with and they would stand just staring at her. They don’t speak a word of English either which is very unusual in Turkish places where there are British tourists. I’m part Turkish myself and so had to use my broken Turkish to attempt to communicate but most guests here did not have that ability! Hotel is currently 70% Turkish guests 30% British and it seems they only cater for Turkish. I know what good Turkish food is and what this hotel serves up wouldn’t even be appealing to rats.
