İt was very nice holiday definitely I will come back again

Very loud place. The restaurant manager was yelling and thinking it is a fun for the guests. The food is average, very few Turkish options. Rooms are clean and with a good design. Very close to the airport. It was a temporary stay for a few hours for me so cannot valuate breakfast

Akşam saatlerinde giriş yaptık tek gecelik konaklama vardı kabul ettik. Odaya geçtik mini buzdolabı yoktu. Çocuğumuzun dolaba konması gereken ilaçları ve takviyeleri vardı. Bunu belirttiğimizde çantamızı bardaki dolaba koyabileceklerini söylediler. Çocuğun Takviye saati geldi ve eşim aşağı inip söyledi onlar yukarı çıkardı çantayı bir daha indirdik.Banyoda çok ağır bir koku vardı. Lavabodan su gitmiyordu elinizi yıkıyorsunuz yarım saatte gidiyor su . Ev çöp kutusu paslı idi.Sabah aç karna içmesi gereken ilaçlar için bir daha indik çanta başka bir yerdeymiş bekledik. kahvaltıya geçtik çok zayıf ve seçenekleri az. Mutfaktan omlet istedik. Konuşulanları duyduk ki tüp bitmiş bir müddet sonra bi tane geldi 2 tane istemiştik. 9 olmadan çıkış yaptık daha fazla bu otelde vakit geçirmek istemedik.Banyoda törpü olması güzel düşünülmüş

I love this place. The lads in the restaurant are so lovely and make everyone feel at home, they know which room you stay in and everyone’s name after the first day. The food in the restaurant is as good as in the town so we just really stayed on site and chilled, it was our second time visiting so we knew what to expect and we enjoyed it just as much. A few disappointing bits - Kids taking over the whole pool with no regard for anyone else, parents please just look up now and again. Dafties in the pool at 4 in the morning. My major annoyance was the hotel overbooking the swim up rooms, everyone was complaining and some were waiting 3 days for their room! They put me upstairs for the night and I’m disabled? Luckily I managed to get up the steps but had to stay there until my room was ready the next afternoon before I could go down ( I couldn’t have managed it twice). All in all it was great! I would’ve given a 5 rating if it wasn’t for the issue with the room, I will go again very soon and if the same thing happens again then I’d probably think about just not going at all.

Just to start we loved it! Only thing that let it down was reception. Welcome and good bye not brilliant. When we checked out female receptionist said our bar/restaurant bill was £321. We asked for a break down and it actually was £281. They can’t give you an accurate bill but once we raised this via email when home we did get a more accurate one. Which in fairness when I added it up was spot on. Simon didn’t miss any of my late night pina coladas!! Shame! Then she said there was a further 1,000 TL to complete our stay. Thankfully my husband had an email from them 2 weeks ago saying there was nothing else to pay. Was a slightly bitter end but we will go back!! Never got extra pillows asked for on our first night. Asked the next day and he said he’d find some. But they never appeared. We had room 119. a swim up family room. Perfect location but huge olive tree on our terrace so not much space for people!! Room was lovely and spacious. Silly design with the air con being on the kids section. They slept with duvets! Our room was cool. Theirs freezing. Housekeeping didn’t put a cover on either duvet however during our 1 week stay. Bit icky! Brilliant location for Sarigerme. A 5-10 minute walk into town. A town we know and love. Love the shops and restaurants. Kosem which is on the right opposite the taxi rank is one of the best. We love jokers but was to loud and gimmicky this time. Simon and jimmy make the whole bar restaurant super fun. Our 16 year old son insisted we were back for bingo every night. Simon is a genius at bingo!! Fivety Five and Five teen! When you know you know!! Not once did I think they were pushy for food and drink! There is a small supermarket opposite we used for cans of coke, beer and water. Also crisps and pool toys! We can’t wait to come back and would recommend to anyone! Delicious breakfast everyday and the pizzas were wonderful!! Beach is a 15 minute walk away and guaranteed a sun bed as the L hotel have a huge space with umbrellas. Sea was lovely and warm and a nice clear sea with sand no stones. Ohhhh you need beach/pool towels so don’t forgot them like we did! Not a 5 star hotel at all more like good 3/4! Thanks L hotel!!! See you soon!

I would like to start by saying this is not a 5* complex as stated it is a 3/4 * we had a swim up room which is lovely, the reception staff are helpful Jimmy & Simon are lovely & make everyone feel welcome. As mentioned in a previous comment there isn't any where to kick a football around we did hire a car & went to Serikent Gorge & Orca water park. You can walk easily to both the beach & the village. Please be aware that on the hotels website it stated the rooms have pillow menus & Bluetooth speakers these are non existent.
