But the hotel design is not reasonable enough, the building is not high, but it is too long, the distance from the front desk to the room is too long. The service staff is nice and welcoming. Breakfast is average, few varieties and high price. Although the net red swimming pool has a good view, it is a pity that the water in the pool is not convenient."

"Hygiene: For two people, only one towel is changed at a time. There are not many toilet paper towels left and no spare! The floor cloth has not been changed and it is always wet!

JJosi22The accommodation was really nice and beautifully decorated, with a lovely private area on the balcony. The location was perfect – we could reach many places quickly with a rented bike, and renting one nearby was easy. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
The bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great, making the stay even more enjoyable. There were a few small things, like no soap, only one towel for two people, and the water getting cold quickly, but these were just minor details. Once we mentioned them to the reception, they were quickly resolved.
Overall, it was a great stay, the price was absolutely fair, and I would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

Ffour zeeVery recommended, cosy and comfy. A lot of food stalls nearby. Can easily walk to Manado Town Square for shopping. Connected with Mantos 1until Mantos 3. The view is great. Buffet breakfast is great. Change everyday and a lot of choices. Love it so much. Pleasant stay.

RRifkiThe staff is very friendly.. initially entered the wrong room, but the staff was very helpful and quickly moved me to the room according to my order.. the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the AC was cold, the hot water was working.. unfortunately there was no cupboard to put clothes in, other than that's great
