"Our room did not match the pictures we saw on the TRIP website. We complained. We were rudely fobbed off with: ”All rooms are the same” and ”There's nothing we can do. Management won't be back until Monday” - which was not an adequate response to our criticism/question. Furthermore, the receptionist repeatedly used nasty Italian language towards us to vent her anger. Eventually, we were offered another room. Various things were broken in the other room. The door to the room was also unlocked/open. We took photos of the broken room. In the end, we returned to the first room because we were too exhausted from the trip to look for another hotel. We appreciated TRIP's friendly service. An attempt was made (unfortunately in vain) to find a compromise between us and the hotel management. The management did not budge, which I found difficult to understand. The hotel even distorted the facts, which disappointed and frustrated us."

"Golden houses and silver houses are not as cost-effective as this one; the beds in the room are clean and tidy, just like the beauty of the lead; the service is thoughtful and intimate, like spring willow noodles, which is intoxicating; next time I will visit this place again, (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) و✨"

"Free underground parking so we can park then take the train to downtown Milan or Malpensa airport. Hotel staff is very nice. Breakfast is basic but ok. Room is partially new. Kettle has to be requested. Overall worth the price considering downtown Milan very expensive."

"The hotel is located close to the train station, which allows you to get to the center of Milan very quickly despite the distance. As for the hotel itself, there are no kettles or tea/coffee in the rooms. No bottle of water. Only one slipper for two people, and also no bathrobes. Breakfast is very average and not very varied, what's more, there was no such basic thing as a coffee machine. The water in the pool is cold, and there are two saunas - one of which is classic and one is warm with a view of the city. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. No smart TV. However, it seems to me that during my stay at the pool someone was walking around my room despite the information tag not to disturb, because after returning and after inserting the card, the door moved automatically without touching the handle, and the tag was lying on the floor inside the room."

"This hotel is really nice! As soon as you enter, you will be attracted by its luxurious decoration. The lobby is spacious and bright, making you feel comfortable. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home.
The design of the room is very elegant and tasteful. The bed is comfortable and soft, and I had a good sleep. The room facilities and equipment are also very complete.
The restaurant in the hotel is also very good. The breakfast is rich in variety, delicious and very satisfying.
The location of the hotel is also very convenient, close to the city center and tourist attractions, and the transportation is convenient.
Overall, this hotel is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. From check-in to departure, the whole experience was very satisfying. If given the chance, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again."
