Royal Hills Resort & Spa

Worst ever experience. Washroom not at all clean. Bucket and Wash tub in yellow colour. No shower gel or soap. No locks in the washroom. Main door also lock very poor. Ac not in proper working condition. We paid almost 10k for 3 nights which I feel was worth paying only 1k for 3 nights. No Room cleaning done in the 2 days. No lift. Tv not in working condition. Request all to please boycott this Hotel. it's just a name given as "ROYAL".

We loved the stay here, this place has nice rooms with AC, washrooms were neat and clean,24hour hot water, intercom & some rooms with balconies. Staff was helpful. Ample parking space was available for vehicles. The owner is very friendly. Must visit Tosif

Disappointing Experience with Check-In Royal Hills Resort & Spa Tue, 31 Dec - Wed, 01 Jan • 3 Room • 5 Adult (Booked on 04 Dec, 2024) I had a reservation at this hotel Royal hills resort, but I was denied check-in upon arrival by the manager named Shankar parmeshwar sakunde. Despite providing all necessary documents and proof of my booking, the staff claimed "the room wasn’t available due to management conflict issues" What made the experience worse was the lack of empathy from the staff. They were dismissive, rude and no alternatives or solutions were offered. I had to "find another hotel late at night which wasn't easy at 31st Dec night". I’ve stayed at many hotels, and this was the first time I faced such poor treatment. I hope management addresses these issues to improve their service. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this place. There is nothing Royal in this hotel, the worst hotel I have ever experienced.
