Madame Vacances Résidence Provence Country Club

Toujours très sales, les logements ont 20 ans car résidence de 2003 et n’ont jamais été refaits ou rénovés. Attention ! Pas de Clim donc les nuits sont chaudes … C’est le Vaucluse ! Dommage car l’endroit est top et l’environnement de grande qualité. La résidence s’éteint au tourisme . Ils bradent les semaines en pleine saison du 12 au 19 juillet à moins 50%. Cela veut tout dire. Dommage aussi pour le personnel qui fait tout ce qu’il peut et sans moyens.

Séjour du 24 au 31 mai 2025, Logement répondant à mon attente, comme sur les photos. Emplacement proche de l accueil, bar, piscine ... Petits bémols, un seul transat sur la terrasse, pas de kit produit pour faire la vaisselle, et surtout, piscine non chauffée. Une vacancière très sympa ( j'espère qu'elle se reconnaitra ... ) m'a annoncé une t° de 19° Brrrrrrrrr, moi qui suit frileux, mais finalement, elle était à 22°, pas beaucoup plus mais on s'y habitue. This was one of 6 properties we stayed at during our 32 day vacation in France and it was by far the worst. We chose this so-called 4 star property because of the excellent 8.6 rating and beautiful pictures on *******. The reality, unfortunately, was totally different : The first apartment we were given keys to had an old defective fridge. We bought some great food at a local market on the day of our arrival with the idea to have a nice breakfast in the morning on the patio of our apartment (after cleaning the patio furniture, which was downright filthy). The next morning we found the food in our fridge at room temperature even though the thermostat was on max, probably put like that by the previous guest in an attempt to keep their food cold. Pretty much everything we bought had gone bad and was ready for the garbage. We also discovered that the safe in the bedroom was locked and couldn’t be opened. The apartment in general was in poor, worn-down condition. So we went to the reception to let them know about the fridge and the safe and to ask for the keys to another unit. We were told by the receptionist they were not authorized to do that, that it had to be approved by the manager. The manager however could not be disturbed because they were in a meeting in the next room until 2 pm, after which time the reception would be closed until 5 pm. After insisting they said they would ask approval from the manager and would leave a key for another apartment in the safe outside if approved. So we went on with our plans for the day and indeed found a key in the safe upon our return. After repacking our belongings in our suitcases, moving them into our car, driving to the other apartment and unloading everything (an extra hour of schlepping and hauling) we finally settled into our second apartment. The fridge was working this time and the safe was unlocked but the apartment was in the same worn-down, dilapidated condition as the first one : mold in the shower, black mold in the bathroom vent, rusted toilet seat hardware, clogged shower head, mold on the wall next to the kitchen countertop, open garbage bin under the kitchen sink, worn-out sofa bed in the living room, etc…, etc… See pictures. They speak for themselves. Long story short : the apartments in this country club are a far cry from the description and beautiful pictures on their own website and on *******. The pictures were clearly taken years ago and no longer reflect the deplorable condition this property is in today. And I’m not just talking about the apartments but also the roads on the property which are full of potholes with weeds growing everywhere. This property looks like it was built in the nineties and was never updated or renovated since. It is in urgent need of a complete overhaul/renovation. It is clear however that the company who owns it (Madame Vacances) is more interested in making profit than the satisfaction of their guests. Other reviews on Tripadvisor and Google going as far

Déçue par cette résidence vieillotte au vu du prix payé, tout est en supplément, location sans vue sur le golf avec des vis a vis, ménage limite et accueil moyen, nous ne reviendrons, point positif bien situé pour visiter et découvrir la région

Bon séjour en famille : résidence bien située pour visiter la région. Magnifique vue sur le golf. Les logements sont un peu dans leurs « jus », pas très moderne, propre mais des moisissures dans la douche, des vmc qui sont très abîmées, frigo abimé.. Par contre, logement spacieux ( 4 pers dans un 6/7 pers ) : des rangements, lits faits à l’arrivée et refaits en milieu de semaine .. Les explications au check in étaient sommaires donc on ne savait pas qu’on pouvait commander du pain, on ne savait pas qu’il y avait un ménage en milieu de semaine .. pour info il y a sèche cheveux et produits de toilette, ce qui est très bien. Pour le prix en avril ( env 550 euros) c’est ok mais je ne paierai pas plus.

Es kann nicht sein, dass man eine Unterkunft mietet in einem Resort und das Restaurant am Abend nicht offen ist! Unser Ziel war Golfen und am Abend ohne Auto gemütlich etwas im Restaurant zu essen! Das hat nicht geklappt, wir mussten jedesmal mit dem Auto, das heisst eine Person darf nicht trinken, ein offenes Restaurant ausfindig machen! Ich spreche fliessend französisch und war überrascht wie wenig kommuniziert wurde! Zudem entspricht die Anlage nicht mehr dem angepriesenen Standing! Mit freundlichen Grüssen Norma Kellenberger
