Nous avons séjourné 2 jours avec ma mère dans le cadre d’un safari à Chitwan. Personnel agréable et repas de bonne qualité. Taille de la chambre et de la salle de bain correcte. Cependant, point négatif niveau sécurité : les fenêtres ne se ferment pas de l’intérieur. Elles sont cassées. En début de nuit un homme a ouvert notre fenêtre en nous criant dessus puis en s’excusant prétextant une erreur. (Mais personne ne séjournait dans les chambres voisines). Et un homme très alcoolisé dormait à quelques pas de notre porte. Situation très angoissante surtout pour 2 femmes. Nous avons été à l’accueil, l’hôte nous a dit de ne pas nous inquiéter et qu’il fallait appeler si problème. Mais cela ne nous a pas rassuré pour autant. Nous avons dû nous barricader de peur qu’il ne revienne. Grace a l’intervention de notre guide le lendemain matin, la direction tenté de trouver la personne avec les caméras, mais en vain. Cette note négative nous laisse donc un goût amer sur notre séjour. Fenêtres de la chambre à réparer ou à remplacer en urgence.

I stayed with my guest at this hotel. The food and accommodation were seven-star. I stayed in many different hotels in Sauraha, Chitwan, but this is the best one. If you compare the price with others, it is a little expensive than. But my guest and I are happy with the organic taste of food and warm hospitality from the staff of the restaurant. Our jungle activities were a little complicated because there were no other foreign guests, so we did canoeing, and a jeep safari with Nepali guests, who don't care about time and make a big noise, so that was not good. Anyway, the jungle guide Harkaraj is good, I highly recommend him. We saw some wildlife, which made us so happy. The seven-star hotel is best for your natural life with greenery, a nice green garden, and many different types of trees. So i highly recommend this hotel for your best stay in Sauraha Chitwan. I recently stayed at Hotel Seven Star Ltd in Sauraha and had a truly amazing experience. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery—lush greenery, peaceful atmosphere, and close proximity to Chitwan National Park. It’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The swimming pool was clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The gym is well-equipped for a good workout, which was a nice bonus during my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Whether you’re visiting for adventure or just to unwind, Hotel Seven Star Ltd offers a perfect mix of comfort, nature, and hospitality. Highly recommended for families, couples, and nature lovers!

This is one of the most professionally run place in Nepal. They will make sure you are taken care of 24 hours out of the day. It was also refreshing as an American to be able to catch up on some of my favorite shows via smart TV. Anil was very helpful.

Thanks to the manger Surendra, who explained the all the plans in detail to us at the check in, then to out tour guide aka Mr Obama. He is full of knowledge. After that all the staffs for the hospitality. Very clean room, clean ambience, a lot of room supplies. Stayed there for 2 nights. Jan 25 thru 27, 2025 with my family. My parents were the happiest. Very kids friendly. My 3 years old niece made very quick friend with a staff member Anil. We were have to witness the friendliness from allthe staffs.
