Our stay at Olde Harbour Inn was amazing! Exceptional service, warm and helpful staff, and an excellent location. Rooms are spacious, clean, and uniquely Savannah. This hotel has special extras like daily wine time happy hour, a complimentary beverage fridge in the lobby, and even ice cream stocked in your room fridge. The best part of this hotel is the staff - they are kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and hospitable. For example, Antonio went out of his way to help our friend find the parking entrance by walking down the street to find her car and ushering her in the lot. We loved our girls trip here and would come back to Olde Harbour Inn in a heartbeat.

Was pampered from the moment we arrived until we left!!! You could not have placed this Inn anywhere better for visitors to visit your beautiful city! There were gorgious gardens and monuments right across the front entrance and the Savannah River right behind the building with shoppes and restaurants all along the edge!

We had a wonderful stay at the Olde Harbor Inn. The location is perfect for exploring Savannah’s historic charm, and the staff were warm and welcoming. One small hiccup was that our room wasn’t turned over the next day, but everything else more than made up for it. The complimentary wine and appetizers in the evening were a lovely touch, and we really appreciated the free parking, bottled water, coffee, and even ice cream! These thoughtful extras made our visit feel special. We’d definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed here for two nights and we absolutely loved it! Spacious and clean room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great for exploring Savannah's riverfront. Can't wait to come back! :)

Had a horrible experience with this property desperate for money with no concern for their guests. We decided it was unsafe to travel to Savannah this weekend with expected floods and hurricane/Tropical storm pending. The hotel management would not let us change the date and we were forced to pay for one night. They seem to feel a Tropical Storm does not present any danger nor is it Force Majeure. Beware before booking.

Most excellent staff! So hospitable. Such a huge surprise how big our suite was... more of an apartment! The room was super clean and fresh, with lovely decor. They provide nice extras like Klondike bars in freezer, and wine and hors d'oeuvres. (A suggestion for the inn would be a bakery providing breakfast pastries to go with the coffee in AM.) They provide noise machines and earplugs.... so, that is something to be aware of.... the historic nature of the buildings means we heard the conversations of our neighbors through the wall, and footsteps of our neighbors above. Also, and not a reason to not stay here, bc this place is wonderful, but just to be aware.... it is just outside the area where people are at night, and at the far east end outside of the "busy" area. Felt a bit "desolate" walking back at night. We ubered to and from historic center after dark. Overall A rating! Staff is A++!
