Was pampered from the moment we arrived until we left!!! You could not have placed this Inn anywhere better for visitors to visit your beautiful city! There were gorgious gardens and monuments right across the front entrance and the Savannah River right behind the building with shoppes and restaurants all along the edge!

Most excellent staff! So hospitable. Such a huge surprise how big our suite was... more of an apartment! The room was super clean and fresh, with lovely decor. They provide nice extras like Klondike bars in freezer, and wine and hors d'oeuvres. (A suggestion for the inn would be a bakery providing breakfast pastries to go with the coffee in AM.) They provide noise machines and earplugs.... so, that is something to be aware of.... the historic nature of the buildings means we heard the conversations of our neighbors through the wall, and footsteps of our neighbors above. Also, and not a reason to not stay here, bc this place is wonderful, but just to be aware.... it is just outside the area where people are at night, and at the far east end outside of the "busy" area. Felt a bit "desolate" walking back at night. We ubered to and from historic center after dark. Overall A rating! Staff is A++!

The staff and location (away mostly from the bars and noise) are exceptionally capable and friendly. Rooms are actually suites and feel like home. The staff anticipated all of our needs. The soda and waters available at any time are a nice touch.

This is a wonderful Inn and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a Premier 2-Bed Suite with Balcony & River View and it was fabulous! We especially enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the balcony and watching the enormous container ships cruise slowly by. Each and every employee we encountered were really pleasant and readily available to answer any and all of our questions. The happy hour was nice and we enjoyed meeting people and hearing about what they were exploring or planned to see, and where they had a meal - gave us ideas of additional things to do, or to avoid. The fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room were also great to have! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

He didn’t just check us in—he welcomed us like old friends. Friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful, Brandon set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic stay. Someone give that man a raise. The location couldn’t have been better. You’re right on the river and walking distance from everything, but once inside, the hotel is calm and quiet with tons of character. Our suite was *huge*. I’m talking unexpectedly large, with a separate sitting area and a kitchenette that made it feel like a mini apartment. One of the highlights was the daily happy hour in their beautiful lobby lounge. It felt more like a relaxed social event than a hotel freebie—another thoughtful touch that made the whole experience feel personal and elevated. We were only there for a short stay, but we’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in town. Pro tips: • Take advantage of happy hour—great drinks and even better atmosphere • The kitchenette is perfect for leftovers or light snacks, especially if you’re staying a few days • Brandon is a hospitality all-star. The suite was lovely- similar to a well-appointed apt:) The location and view was excellent! We even saw a huge vessel with hundreds of containers float right outside our window- neat!
