Ok, well I love Aman Hotels. We were really looking forward to this one so here goes, the good, the bad and the honest. Positive points: -Our Batman was awesome, Vijay, this guy is a game changer and makes the resort and the experience perfect. -The tents are super dope, luxury for sure, amazing, picture perfect. Really incredible. -The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. -Our yoga instructor was awesome, if I could grab two people from that resort and employ them it would be ViJay and the Yoga bro, I forget his name but he was great. -Food was great and Vijay was proactive in creating amazing customized meals for us, I was super satisfied and no complaints whatsoever. -The wildlife was incredible, the birds, mongoose, monkeys, bugs, butterflies everything was magical. It was a nature lovers paradise and thats what matters most to us and why we were there. -We had great massages in the spa and I am picky, these were legit massages. Thank you Spa team, you did a great job! Areas of improvement (4 things): A few things went wrong on our stay, normally these wouldn't be a big deal but if you are paying USD2k a night you don't expect these difficulties. -Our bathtub jammed in the on position, our batman was gone, and we had to wait 40 minutes or more for staff to come shut it off. This threw a "wrench" into our calculated day plans and given we had only two days, time was valuable. This set us back and upset our timing on a few things. -I had planned a yoga session, was waiting for someone to come take me to the yoga area as they said they would do and nobody showed up, so I wandered the resort for 45 minutes trying to find the location. This was super annoying, given our timeline I was pretty unhappy with this. That said they made up for it with a solid yoga session with the yoga instructor who is great. -Hair: We had hair in shower stuck to the wall and the loofah package when we arrived, we pointed this out, they replaced the loofah. This is Aman, no bueno, this should just not happen, ever at Aman. -We were given the Centurion AMEX letter by accident when we arrived, when it should have been the Amex platinum FHR letter. They swapped it out without us seeing, not a big deal but it was confusing for us, I would have appreciated them just stating they made a mistake and changing the letter. -Safari: I booked a private 3.5 hour safari tour for $1,000 as opposed to the inexpensive group tours (that consisted of crowded buses full of loud tourists and children) clearly because we prefer privacy and exclusivity. I had hoped our guide was a little more pro-active, enthusiastic and assertive in chasing great photos. Instead he followed the crew of massive tour buses full of screaming tourists and children and then parked next to them (actually behind them), until we had to complain to get him to be proactive and move the vehicle. In fact if my wife hadn't said anything I think we would have sat with the tour buses all aftern
