Very old country house "Il Poggio", from the 15th century, surrounded by trees and fields. 3 km from the centre of Ginestra Fiorentina, 40 km from the centre of Siena, 50 km from the centre of Pisa, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: property, garden, swimming pool with privacy (12 x 6 m, depth 90 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 05.Oct.). In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Room cleaning on request (extra).
