The parking sign was confusing as the arrow pointed towards the lane uphill while the parking lot actually located at the exact opposite direction. The morning shift receptionists are friendly and helpful while the night shift receptionist is absolutely horrible. He asked for our passport for check in while I was in the middle of parking in car. And he drove away even before we got into our room. Other than the night shift receptionist, everything else is cool "

"Muy amables y con parking para el coche. Repetiríamos en caso de ir al aeropuerto. Nos costó encontrar el alojamiento . Aunque está en la dirección indicada no lo vimos en un principio . Solo dormimos una noche, y nos tuvimos que levantar muy rápido 5:00 para ir al aeropuerto de Bergamo. Por lo tanto no pudimos disfrutar del desayuno pero nos indicaron que podíamos tomar café y agua si queríamos en el comedor. Nos llamaron por teléfono, en castellano, muy amables. Es una casa un poco vieja , pero para dormir una o dos noches está muy bien indicada para ir una noche al aeropuerto. Gracias"

"B ＆ B, perfect for Bergamo sightseeing! We visited Bergamo from Japan and stayed in Bambam for one night. From Bergamo station to Bambam, we arrived in about 15 minutes by bus and 5 minutes on foot in total about 20 minutes. Arrived smoothly without hesitation and nothing was wrong. When I arrived, the kind owner welcomed me and made warm tea. I was tired, so I was very grateful to sit slowly. The shared living room (photo 1.2 sheet) was very calm and made me feel like I was at my parents' house. Incense was burned in the corridor, and the room smelled good.
