"Small room but cute and convenient. The room is very small but also very convenient. It's perfect for a one night stay while going to or from the airport. I loved the short and funny messages in the room and throughout the hotel (a few of them can be seen in the pictures). It has a small tablet by the bed, from where you can control everything such as the lights, the curtains, the TV, the radio.... It even has a cozy option, and if you choose it, you get relaxing music, curtains go down, and you get cozy lighting. The bed is big and super comfortable. The room was very quiet. I had a great night's sleep. The only thing that I'd like to see an improvement on are the pillows. They are both too thick, and it was uncomfortable for my neck. The breakfast was generous, and there were a lot of vegetarian options. It's just a short (and easy) walk from the airport or the coaches (such as the Flix Bus). You can walk all the way into the check-in counter at the hotel, with the airport trolley. Very convenient! There are trolleys at the front door all the time. You do the check-in yourself, but there is always a person to help. The staff was very nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"Very good experience with this hotel. We stayed here for our last 2 days in amsterdam, it was fabulous. The receptionist upgraded our room, the room is huge with all the necessary supplies, a bit of surprising that they do not provide toothbrush aset in the room, but you can easily request that from the reception. The breakfast selections are very rich, we enjoyed very much! Wide selections of drinks, cold food and hot food. Champaigne, coffee, tea, juice, milk, we tried everything and not one is disappointed! Many selections of bread, cheese and sauces. I'm hungry again by recalling Even provide honey comb! Not to mention, the cafe and restaurant staffs are all very friendly and happy. They offer free shuttle bus from/to Airport every 30minutes from 6am to midnight. You can take the free ride just by waiting at airport (hotel buses station) or the hotel lobby. I personally found this information on social media but not on the official sites, it would be better if they could include the instructions in the bookings or website. Also, the waiting time is not specific and constant, it would be better if you would do something about it. Oh! The shower gel and shampoo provided are very good! Nice scent with good texture. I would love to buy a set if they sell. Just the down side that the front reception do need some training on service consistency. 1. We politely asked about the spinning wheel when we check in at night(10pm), the first older male receptionist instructed us to come back tomorrow daytime to join for free. In the morning, the daytime female receptionist said we are only allowed to join the contest when we check-in. That's really disappointing and we thought, why would they lie to us? Probably they are not familiar with the service providing. 2. We found a brochure in the room, ”opt out for cleaning service for 5€ voucher”. Asked the receptionist about this on the next day, she immediately said that offer is no longer available. My partner said, ”we cancelled the cleaning service yesterday for this, why do you still put the brochure in the room if it is not available anymore?”. Then only she apologized and gave us a voucher. Thanks to that, we enjoyed a good fries from the Sports Bar with the voucher."

"Hilton is next to Sheraton, just further down the same walk way from the airport/train station. It’s what u expect of a 5 star, spacious and grand. Service response is fast. V comfortable bed n good amenities (need to call to ask), though we pay a higher premium, i would say it’s good value for a well deserved rest🤗 Don’t forget to try out the spa!"

"The amenities and location of the hotel are outstanding! It’s an easy (and free) shuttle to the airport where you then can take public transport anywhere. Service was fine, but checking in took incredibly long, and despite asking not to have my room cleaned, it was still cleaned during my stay. While not a big deal, if I’d known it was going to be cleaned, I would’ve put valuables away. The second day this wasn’t an issue. So all in all, great stay and I’ll book again next time I’m in Amsterdam!"

"I booked a twin room, but when I arrived I was given an apartment. I was only staying 24 hours, so it seemed unnecessary. The room was big and relatively clean. There had clearly been spill on the bed side table. There were several small insects by the bathroom, and the head board was either wiped in one spot with wax or was dirty from hair oils. The late night check in was not quite helpful, but the day time staff was incredibly kind and helpful."

"The room is relatively new, the bedding is clean, the breakfast is rich, the service attitude is good but the efficiency is very low. It is far from the airport, but the hotel has a shuttle bus that goes to and from the airport every half an hour, which is very convenient. There are no supermarkets, restaurants, etc. around the hotel, which is not very convenient."
