Arbour, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant, bus stop 700 m, railway station, outdoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (9 hole) 2 km, tennis 2 km, cable car 600 m, ski lift, ski school, cross country ski track 800 m, ice rink 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochjoch 100 m, Silvretta Montafon 600 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). 3-room apartment 68 m2, on the ground floor. Cosy furnishings: living room with dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates).
