The 2,5-room-flat is at the south side of the house (non-smoker, no dogs, 4-stars) with a wonderful view, a big garden terrace with lounge chairs and grill. The studio-flat (non-smoker, no dogs) is on the westside and have also a garden-terrace with barbeque and longchairs. Also the kitchen is furnished perfectly with: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee-maker, tea-maker, steamer, toaster, fondue-/raclette. Enough crockery and dishes is it. Salt, pepper, spices, cleaners, sponges, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar are existing for the ground-base.
