Seabrook Inn

Had difficult time checking in.Their policies were NOT posted on the website when booking and Front desk was nice enough but not eager to be helpful. Took an hour to finally get into room at 10pm tired from traveling. Room was smelly and very old and dated. But was not expecting much from a beach motel either.

SOOOO MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN HERE A FEW TIMES BEFORE. THIS WEEK 8-23-2025 to 8-25-2025 WAS THE WORST TIME EVER ! WHY ??? A BIKER CREW / BURN OUTS ALL HOURS NOBODY SAYS ANYTHING 1ST ROOM DIRTY AND NO SCREEN 2ND ROOM WAS FILTHY AND THE DOOR WAS WARPED FROM APPARENT POLICE KICK IN. HAVE PICS . THE BATHROOM DOOR WAS SPLIT ON BOTH SIDES , THEIR HANDYMAN PUT STAPLES TO HOLD IT TOGETHER WHICH OF CORSE DID NOT SO IT GOT STUCK AND PILLED APARTMENT WHEN USED GHEIR WAS GROSS FILTH ALL OVER THE FLOOR AND UP BASEBOARDS. (HAVE PICS OF EVERYTHING) THE SHOWER HEAD WAS SOOO GROSS WE DIDNY USE IT!!!! SHOWERED ST OCEAN !!! THEN A CORVETTE PULLED IN TO PARKING LOT AT 1:00 AM , SAT RUNNING UNTIL 2:30 AM UNTIL I WALKED UP TO IT AND FOUND A GUY PASSED OUT, WENT TO THE DESK AND ATTENDANT WENT UP TO CAR , TOLD THE GUY WHO WAS DRUNK TO LEAVE SEEMS HE WASNT A GUEST. HOWEVER NOW MY WIFE SND I ARE AWAKE YET AGAIN !! THE DRUNKS ON SECOND FLOOR OF 2 STOMPED AROUND , IN AND OUT UNTIL 4 AM , WOKE UP ALL ROOMS AROUND THEM. AND NOBODY DOES ANYTHING! ONCE YOU PAY. NOBODY CONTROLS THIS PLACE SO IF YOU WANT REST AT NIGHT YOU BETTER GO ELSEWHERE! LASTLY , THE HOUSEKEEPING NEVER HAD A MOP WITH THEM WHEN THEY DID THE EMPTY ROOMS / IN AND OUT WITHING A COUPLE MIN MAX . THEY HAD 1 BAG OF LINING AND WENT TO 25 + ROOMS . OT DIDNT APPEAR THEY WERE ACTUALLY CHANGING THE BEDDING!!! NOT TO MENTION, THE HOUSEKEEPING NEVER ASKED US IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING THE ENTIRE TIME WE STAYED THERE !!!!! NEVER SAID HELLO EITHER. THEY WALKED BY US WITH THEIR NOSES IN THE AIR. EVERY SINGLE TIME. NEEDLESS TO SAY. NOT ONE PENNY TIP WAS LEFT !!! WE WILL MEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN. IT USED TO BE OK. BUT NOT SINCE THE NEW INDIA OWNERS TOOK IT OVER. THEY DONT CARE IF YOU HAVE CLEAN SHEETS OR IF GROSS AS LONG AS YOUR MONET GETS IN THEIR POCKETS !!! TO BAD. BE WARE AND DO NOT SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED !!!

The first room smelled heavily of smoke. I had reserved a non-smoking room. Went to the front desk they did move us to another room. The room did not smell of smoke but was in worse condition. Lamp shades fall off, stains on the 1 chair. The Tv was static on every channel. The hotel was very run down and lacked updating and maintenence. The pictures online looked so much better than the hotel and we're very misleading.

This was our first time. Check in was pleasant. The lobby was cute. Our room was a non smoking on first floor. Carpets was so dirty and very worn. There were burn marks on the furniture. The room has a old musty smell. Batnroom had pee in corner. Batbtub wasnt cleaned well. A little bleach goes a long way. Breakfast options were simple. Toast muffins oatmeal juice coffee and banana.

The stay was terrible, so terrible we didn't stay for the days we paid for. Where shall I begin? We walked into the Non smoking room with it smelling like body odor, and stale cigarettes, went into the bathroom to use it after a 3 hour drive and the toilet almost tipped over when I sat on it, tried to wash my hands in the non draining sink to turn around and only have wash clothes to dry my hands, body if I were to take a shower, finally got past all that and turned the TV on and couldn't even see the picture. The site said there was a pool to enjoy, so we went to check them out, and none of the three were open, walked around some more and saw play things for the kids, which weren't available for them either. The man at the desk couldn't understand a lick of English, nor could we understand what he was saying. It was a horrible one night and is a shame we left before the time we paid for. Was going to see about a partial refund, but figured what was the point if we wouldn't understand what each other was saying. I would never book there again, nor will I ever recommend for anyone else.

NH coastal region Several times I’ve enjoyed this location and returning again, excellent staff, rooms, and property, as also the location to where I was working. Impressive this was and thank you
