The building features a spacious lawn for outdoor family games and a boardwalk for direct beach access. Guests renting here have private beach access. The gate to the private beach is to the west of the property. Guests are encouraged to pre-arrange beach service prior to arrival. This condo directly faces the water! While unit #6 is located on the 2nd floor, there is NO elevator in this building. Guests will need to climb 1 flight of stairs.
