Ab Fab Rooms

I was working in the area and struck lucky. Udo is a perfect host in terms of communication. I received replies rapidly. On arrival, a very friendly greeting. The room was great. Bed was comfy. Shower was wonderful. View was amazing. Breakfast - brilliant choice, everything I could dream of and more. In the evenings, I had a great deal of paperwork to get through; Udo offered me a portable desk and it was in place next time I returned - this was amazing as I could work, and watch the sun go down over the sea at the same time - as well as see the trains (every half hour both ways). Parking - free. On the drive. Railway station. 40m away from house (electric trains, not noisy) so you can be in Seaford or Newhaven in 5 minutes for a couple of quid (or go further into Brighton direct). Buses also do the same journey. Eating at night. Bishopstone is so quiet, delightful for walks, but you need to go into Newhaven or Seafood to eat/shops. I went to both by train which added to the enjoyment of my stay. If you want a great host, good food (wine on offer too) in the beautiful conservatory - in a very quiet neighbourhood (station cul de sac), with coastal & country walks, this place is perfect. I will definitely visit again (but it's SO popular, it's advisable to book far in advance if you can).
