We booked a night for my wife’s birthday, the concierge was very attentive and couldn’t be more helpful. We were shown to our suite and everything in the room was explained to us. The room was well appointed and luxurious, the standard was to the highest standards. The overall experience was very pleasant and we will not hesitate to book a room in the future.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everywhere spelt wonderful from the hallways to the bar and spa areas , all staff were extremely professional and friendly, the spa is amazing with plenty of clean towels available, we are in the Ozone restaurant and the food was amazing , i cant wait for a return visit.

We recently attended the hotel for afternoon tea to celebrate my Brothers 50th Birthday and the experience was amazing. The ambiance and deco is stunning and the food was beautiful (the choice of drinks was great). Our server Abigail was brilliant and she deserves a reward for putting up with the birthday boy’s many drink requests! All round it was a lovely experience with excellent service and we already can’t wait to return.

I booked one night spa dinner bed and breakfast for my daughter's 30th birthday. The staff were extremely friendly, especially Kevin who told us all about the history of our enormous suite. We were treated like royalty for the whole of our stay. The spa was amazing. Food was amazing and breakfast the next morning was delivered to our suite and was delicious. Didn't want to leave. We will be back

We celebrated our 28 year wedding anniversary and it was such an amazing stay. The staff were responsive to our questions and went over and above to make our stay memorable. The spa facilities are available from 12pm on the day of check-in and close at 10pm. The facilities are amazing and we made the most of our stay by using everything. The only negative is that despite it being our wedding anniversary we were still being asked to pay £50 per hour if we wanted to extend our check out time.

Had a lovely Stay at Seaham hall Beautiful room, great location & Food The room we had was a junior suite and ours had long windows/doors so nice and airy light and great sea views Great location right next to the town and so close to the Sea/Beach Breakfast was great having a nice selection of options and room service was a nice touch. Was nice to have the option of a later check out of 12:00 so you can use the facilities more before you go. Dinner in ozone was great nice, nice to try a different style of food and all presented lovely. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Just great value & a great place. Definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed at.

Although we only stayed for one night, i can happily say Seaham Hall is deserving of its awards. Starting with the room, we had suite 6, spacious and luxurious without being too overwhelming (unless you stare at the butterflies on the headboard for too long). Easily accessible heating and cooling system ensured the room to be at our most comfortable temperature for the entire duration of our stay. I genuinely appreciate how quiet the room was, no creaks in the floor and minimal noise from opening and closing doors of the other suites - you couldnt even hear the shower from the bedroom. We stayed for our anniversary and were greeted by some beautifully handcrafted chocolates from Lauden in Leeds (this means a lot coming from a baker and chocolatier). There were high standard snacks and drinks such as marlish water and proper popcorn as well as a pod machine for coffee and still water carafe if desired. We went for synthetic bedding and it was super comfortable, especially the pillows, and helped to keep us cool along with the temperature system. All room service and hotel info is available on a tablet in the room and multiple phones throughout the room to phone reception if needs be. We ordered cocktails on the evening and they were quickly delivered to the room. However, as someone who doesnt typically enjoy the taste of alcohol, i would have liked to see some more sweeter options if i werent to go for non alcoholic but thats just a preference. All staff from reception to spa to waitressing were very friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed our breakfast in the main dining hall with it being well lit and tables well spaced. I went for the eggs benedict and my only qualm was that the hollandaise was a tad too vinegary/acidic for my liking but the eggs and muffins i enjoyed. I think the car park for the hotel could do with having some more spaces as when we arrived, all spaces (about 12) were full and there was one tight space to parallel park in front of those in the spaces. This may have been due to a wedding happening on the day of our arrival as there were a few spaces available at the time of our check out but i feel as though even a slightly larger car park could be of benefit. Overall, we have left Seahm Hall full and content, already wanting to plan our next stay.
