Excellent location with easy access to public transportation and the Burke-Gilman Trail. We chose this location for its proximity to Seattle Children's Hospital, and it was excellent in that regard. The apartment is impeccably clean and nicely appointed with all the modern amenities. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. The only knock on the apartment is that it is not accessible for those with mobility concerns. Beyond that, it's top notch.

Perfect Stay Once Again!
This ultra quiet, ultra clean basement apt. was perfect for our stay in Seattle once again. Communication with the host couldn't be more pleasant, she's always super attentive & responsive to our questions... fully equipped to cook at home if need be, and super close to all the awesome things Seattle has to offer. My sister and I spent 2 nights and very much enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. The apartment is lovely, well designed and spacious, and in a great location. The owners were very friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay again.

Gem of a property
We traveled to Seattle to see our daughter for the weekend and had the great fortune to stay here. The location was great. Nice quiet neighborhood with nice places to walk to, pleantly of parking and bunnies raining outside to greet you. The apartment itself was beautiful well stocked and comfortable. Everything was done with care and decorated beautifully. It is hard to post such a nice review because I'm afraid it will be booked next time we want to visit. Thank you for a great for us to stay.
