The Dylan, a Baymont by Wyndham

Newly renovated. Things were relatively clean. Location was good and walkable to space needle and pike place market. There is also a nearby public transport straight to the airport.

Rooms are so clean and the bedroom was ok, the only negative thing was that the breakfast is so poor.

Stayed for 3 nights. The room is compact but fits a 28” suitcase. It’s very clean and well-stocked with an iron, hairdryer, and various USB ports. No slippers/toothbrush, but the floor and overall room are spotless. Staffs are helpful, offering late checkout (12 PM) and luggage storage. Free parking and 24/7 coffee/tea are a plus. Breakfast is only banana, orange, cereal bar - all same daily. Free bottled water on day one along with a grab-and-go breakfast, which was perfect for my busy mornings. However, it’s unclear why the water wasn't provided on the following days. Amazing location to all attractions, especially just a block behind The Sphere. I read a review as my concern of noise at night, but it’s peaceful than I thought. Only outside people voices from time to time. Though there is a train passed the hotel, it’s not operated at night. Overall, a peaceful and convenient stay - great value for money!

It's not a high end hotel, more a surviving original motel. Not perfect but perfect for us. we wanted a reasonable price & location for a one night stopover before our cruise. We asked for a lower floor & got a ground floor bedroom & living area. It's being refurbished room by room, but a better painter would have produced a much better finish. The staff were really helpful & the location is great. we would certainly stay here again.

It was a lovely place for what you pay for, the only thing I’ll say is I wish there was more outlets in the bathroom and near the bed. I will be back next month and shoutout to whoever is running the new management.

Great stay at the Dylan, the description is exactly what you get. Very clean rooms, great amenities. A little noisy at times but that’s not the hotels fault, there’s a monorail outside and a main road. Quiet overnight so did get restful sleep. Great location, breakfast was better than I thought after reading some comments. Can’t fault it for the price. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others if all you need is a place to sleep. Very friendly staff

Was surprised that this hotel was a Wyndham when we arrived as it looked more like a motel. No elevators so if your room is on an upper floor you need to carry your luggage and climb the stairs. Fortunately I got a room on ground floor but found that the hot water tap in the shower did not work. So had to bathe with cold water and weather was like 14C! Then realise this room was not 100% renovated, the curtains were still the old cloth ones whereas all other rooms on ground floor has new pull up blinds. Location was slightly out so you need to walk around 10 minutes to where the real restaurants and shopping is. Reception service was good. Honestly would not stay again.

The blinds is a privacy concern. Strangers can look into the room through the gaps The room smelled like bleach but I am glad to see that it has been renovated No free parking here in case you are wondering and I was misled Location was the only advantage, very close to tourist spots

Hotel staff are helpful and polite, room is clean and cozy, the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is grab to go healthy fruits and coffee tea are free for all day. Location is very nice walking distance to all spot downtown.
