This house is a newly renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and Queen Sofa Bed in Living Room. Single garage and Screen Enclosure Back Porch. This home is 10 minutes from the Wabasso beach, 2 miles from the Indian River Lagoon with access to the intracoastal waterway and the Sebastian Inlet. A short walk to the Sebastian Golf course and 10 minutes to ocean. This house comes with lawn service, WiFi and cable TV. Master Bedroom comes with a Queen Bed and private bathroom. Guest Bedroom comes with a Queen Bed. My lovely stay I have stayed at this vacation rental for the past 3 year - why - because I throughly enjoy this home.The home is open concept and has a nice lanai for morning coffee - meals - and Happy Hour. Always clean and inviting upon arrival. My hosts live across the street - but I have never needed them as everything is perfect.I love the location - close to everything I enjoy - The Indian River walk - stores - and restaurantsI will absolutely book the home again in the near future

Relaxing get away close to harbor We were looking for a place to escape the cold and found this house. Everything was clean. It was close to the harbor that we could have rode bikes to. Sebastian is easy to get around. Nice park and a nice walkway along the harbor.

Great stay I love the home - it’s very clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect for me - close to all the amenities that I use. The hosts are close by and there if you need them- friendly nice couple Plan in staying there again

Enjoyable getaway We have stayed at this location several times and never disappoints! It is very convenient, spacious enough for our family of 4, clean and overall, wonderful!! Thank you again for a great trip to the Sebastian area. We will be back!
