The Master Suite features a King bed, TV, and private bathroom with a shower and garden tub. Both spare bedrooms feature queen beds with TVs . The spare bathroom is a shower and toilet shared by both spare bedrooms. Garage parking for 1 car is available. Guests agree to the following prior to booking:-No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner.-$50 per pet fee is required to be paid before check-in information is provided. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.-Stove/Oven uses gas and should be attended to at all times. The Gas alarm plugged into the kitchen outlet must remain plugged in at all times and will sound if gas is not properly used.-Ring doorbell is located by front door-Cars cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors. Maximum 1 car in garage and 3 in driveway.
