The stay was pleasant in the scorching sun, the resort was full of trees and comparatively cool only, the rooms are well maintained though the wall behind the headrest of the bed was a little damp due to ac water seeping in, there was some kind of odd smell in the night, the water park and children play area are passable with decent water and enough games for kids, the rides are very old and not having enough smoothness to slide smoothly, food was good, chicken 65 sizzler and ice cream brownie are good, buffet breakfast was little disappointing as the taste was not that good and less salt in all items, overall a one time visit is passable

No food courts are open till 7:30 pm neither they provide room service (food) in the evenings. It’s a problem with kids. Without kids, manageable. Rooms are clean, water park and swimming pool is amazing. Sports area is a problem. Someone just randomly grabbed a stick and started playing in the middle of pool game and we left. Should be properly managed.

I recently stayed at Ankita Resort, Hyderabad, and had a wonderful experience! The property truly lives up to its 4-star rating — the ambience was peaceful, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the entire resort was very clean and welcoming.
The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, making sure all our needs were taken care of. The food served at the in-house restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.

We had bad experience during this stay…we booked standard room where the washroom was bad, they said washrooms are same in all standard rooms if you want you can upgrade to studio cottage… we had done that which has wasted lot of our time and obviously money for upgradation … and there were no much choices of food in the evening to order we had to adjust with some alternative options of food… overall this was very disappointing and I would not recommend this place for a pleasant stay … i think people here has careless attitude and no value for customers time or money !!
