Shop, grocery, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "SEgur de Calafell" 600 m, railway station "Segur de Calafell" 600 m, sandy beach 300 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: railway line 30 m from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. 4-room apartment 65 m2 on 3rd floor. Object suitable for 3 adults + 2 children. Simple furnishings: living/dining room 17 m2 with digital TV, electric heater and fan. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), electric heater. 1 room 6 m2, without wardrobe with 1 french bed (130 cm, length 190 cm).
