Spacious n bright rooms. Kids’ tv channels were available. However, unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed for renovation during our stay. Kids were looking forward to a swim during the stay n were therefore disappointed. Good to at least offer a small activity item etc. for the kids to make up for this.

Room is big and clean. Very convenient.

The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to Paradigm Mall. A pity that the pool is under maintenance.

Check in was fast, the recpt was very nice, gave me 2 rooms side by side as she noticed I am with my elderly parent. Chk out can be done online and it was a breeze. The room was clean and spacious. Its 20 mins away from jb sentral. do be prepare for traffic jam. The mall has alot of shops and activities. can explore for at least 2 days. Gym was okay, the air conditioning can be stronger. The water filter at the gym, the button require cleaning.

一直喜歡老牌子hyatt,這裏算是經濟型檔次，也沒有讓人失望，地方很方便，樓下商方便飲食，到樂高樂園也不遠。

The room for 2 was spacious and clean. Toilet amenities were available as stated. However the hotel breakfast variety was quite limited. Overall the stay was great! Will book again

Hotel is located in Paradigm Mall. Easy access after a long shopping then straight back to hotel. Near to some places where me and wife wants to go. Hotel staff m: Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and caring towards guests. Hotel cleanliness 10/10. Very spacious room. Hotel staff remembered my birthday but sadly didn’t had the chance to get to taste the cake. Overall good stay. Will recommend family and friends to stay.

Great hotel. Clean and check in was hassle free. However sad not informed the pool is closed for renovation when we booked

Hotel is too convenient for shopping. You can spend whole day in the shopping mall. It is ideal hotel for families Hotel room is clean and spacious

The room is amazing - it is spacious, clean, well-equipped with all the necessities, and there's even an ironing board and iron in the room. The bed is so comfortable, and the pillows are so plush! Sound proofing is very good too. The hotel is directly above the mall, so it is very convenient. There's no trouble getting food delivery via Grab as well. Breakfast spread is good, with a variety of food like western and asian style. I love the warm congee with the condiments. I was a little disappointed that I didn't get a response from the hotel when I emailed them to arrange for a surprise cake for a birthday celebration. Perhaps I should have done it via Trip.com's request section instead. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Service can be improve more in receiving food delivery on behalf of guest especially staying with kids is not convenient to leave the room

A hotel that is directly connected to the shopping mall at level Ground. Very convenient and suitable for family members. I would stay again in the future! Clean and the single bed in the twin room can fit 2 person as it’s super big, larger than a single bed!
